      I bought a $2000 Gallery Refrigerator/freezer from this Company in March of this year. My wife pulled on freezer handle and the whole handle broke off. I called manufacturer about the warranty. They told me it wasn't covered. So I called Olums to see about getting this fixed. They told me they can't fix it since they don't have anyone to service my area. And also its a manufacturer warranty problem. WTF!! When I bought the fridge, they told me they did and I paid 400 bucks for an extra warranty. Now they tell me they can't do anything about it. They are ripping me off and apparently they can get away with it.

      Ordered a refrigerator "online". Was emailed by Bryan Y****,that a "Deposit" was required, 50% down. Over a month later, I called for a status update. - was told this was " special order and coming from " overseas" ? They don't know when it's coming . I asked to cancel it then. Was told there's NO REFUNDS on special orders ?? I told Saul, " I was never informed of this. You shouldn't be advertising products that 1) cannot be delivered in at least a month ! 2) Notifying a buyer of your "NO REFUND " policy - BEFORE they put a deposit on it !!! STAY AWAY IS RIGHT. !!!!

      Buyer beware! Go elsewhere! I bought a gas clothes dryer. Paid extra for installation kit and service to install! Service men used old parts from broken dryer when installed new dryer! I paid for parts NOT USED! Not only that, servicemen told my husband installation complete and ran dryer for a half hour. When I came home from work and checked things out, the VENT HOSE was NOT connected to the dryer! I had to lay on the floor and move the dryer to get to the limited space behind the dryer and attach the vent hose myself!!!! I contacted Olums about both issues. Got refund for installation kit, ONLY because I noticed old parts were used! And was told the serviceman probably attached the vent hose, but it came off afterwards!!! NOT GOOD! If he tightened the hose clamp enough LIKE I DID, it wouldn’t have come off!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!

      Bought dishwasher delivered 7/5/2023 . Didn't work from day one. Made me go thru warranty. Still waiting for resolution 8/26/2023/. Don't buy here, they don't stand behind what they sell.,

      The worst place to buy Furniture. I bought a love seat from Olums, with less then a year they had to come out to fix the cushions in the Love seat. the following year i go back because the cushions are going bad again. Now its the extended warrantee problem. but now the extended warrantee don't want to fix it. the couch is a Ashley love seat. Its not 2 years old and the company Olums don't stand behind there products or there Extended warranty don't stand by Olums product. This use to be a excellent company but NOT NO MORE. Do your self a favor go to the other company in the area.

      The worse experience ever. We bought a lift chair that was obviously defective from day one. Olum’s representatives did nothing to help the situation. They keep sending out a service representative to repair the chair but it still isn’t right. Then we are told because of the time lapse the manufacturer needs to approve the return. The only reason there is a time lapse is because they keep ordering more parts and trying to repair. Never buy from Olum’s! I know we never will again. They do not stand behind their products and have no customer service. Absolutely the worse experience and it couldn’t have happened at a worse time!

      One of the worst experiences ever. Refridgerator ordered in April. Promised to be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. No delivery. Called back. Delivery promised within a week. No delivery. Called back between 5 and 10 times. No answer. Left voicemails. No response, Today (6/7/23) stated they could not secure the refridgerator ordered. Will never use them or recommend them.

      Never ever buy from this store! They advertise " we service what we sell" Dont believe that lie! I bought side by side LG fridge on January. We noticed 4 weeks ago that fridge is not cold enough . Olums cus svs (what a joke that is) said not their problem. Their repairman quit. So that's MY problem? LG just sends e mail that they have no repairman in my area. So what am I to do! I have a 5 year so called warranty. Olums couldn't care less. How can you advertise you repair what you sell? Has anyone seen an olums ad looking to hire a service man? Awful cus svs ....do not ever go there.
