      Burned by Derick Otten and Voss & Company on two garage doors starting on 8/25/2021, which continued on through 2022 following the same script as the other complaint reviews posted here. Gave Derick a deposit and was told the doors were received in September 2021. Derick even sent a photo of some door panels. Then just a litany of intermittent phone and text silence, ending up with a medical excuse and selfie from an emergency room. Not expecting anything, but it is disturbing to see Derick's pattern is continuing as recently as November 2023. I figured he might have passed away. Just read the rest of these comments and don't have any transactions with this outfit.

      Save your time and aggravation and find a reputable company versus a fly by night company such as Voss and Hacks. Ordered awning in spring of 2021 and Derick attempted to install in August. (Awning had pulled off from my house because the hacks couln't find the studs even after drilling over 30 holes in the side of my house). Maybe invest in a $20 stud finder Derick. He said he would be back. LOL I installed the damn thing myself and replaced my brand new siding he destroyed. Now here we are in July of 2022 and I still can't use my awning because he has remote and hand crank and will not return multiple calls or text's.
