              We contracted with A Cleaner Image to remove mold from our basement. They were recommended by **** ******, the licensed Mold Assessor. The company performed negligent, unsafe, workmanship. The mold was never contained, exposing my family and home to mold spores for weeks. The mold wasn't removed, the project was incomplete. The scheduling and reliability of their team subpar. They pulled a phone line in the basement, causing me to lose access to phone services for @ 3 months. Driveway dented by the dumpster company they contracted with. I requested a refund of the $1728 paid to A Cleaner Image and $4500 paid to Advanced Environmental Restoration Services to finalize the project. A Cleaner Image has not responded. I also filed a complaint with State and violations were identified. I am seeking a refund.

              I had this company come to the property and go over in detail what would be required of them to clean the apartments. We hired them and gave them a deposit. They were on sight for five days and said they couldn't finish the apartments and quit. I asked them to refund my deposit minus the amount due for the three apartments they finished and the two they started. They kept all of my deposit and I have not heard from them since.
