I was impressed with all there reviews. Thought they must be really good. Even in the consultation I was impressed. Yeah… that all went away as soon as I retained them. Kris did nothing but ignore me and give me unprofessional excuses my opinion. Finally asked for my money back to hire a different firm. That’s when Frank decided to get involved. Not really in a good way either. Was basically told that I threatened them and if I didn’t like it they would drop me as a client with no refund. So felt stuck with them. I’m a car dealer that was accused of buying a vehicle from a online auction that honestly still was never proved I did. They did get the amount dropped a little. I’ll give Frank that. But I asked for one thing in the settlement. Just one. That my business name be cleared of this. It does say this in the final settlement agreement. But… here’s the deal, they didn’t! It’s been months. Reach out to Frank and explained the situation. His response was to send this company my personal and business financials! Literally 3 months of bank statements. Are you kidding??? I was falsely accused of buying a vehicle I never did and was never proved. I agreed to pay to clear the business to move forward. But can’t do that because I’m the only one that actually did what I said. I have been ignored, lied to and deceived by this firm from the get go. Trust me I have all the documents to prove this. Emails, recorded conversations etc. How this place has so many 5 stars is beyond me
