      Scam!!This people lie when they advertise the the car online When you get there they ad 25% to the price plus some bs. Went in for a 2014 *** #**** advertised as 7k the *** is $6500 max & trade in is worth $3500. They tried adding 5k in top in the end with their 25% on top reaching 12k for something that isn't worth that price. Close the place down for falsely advertisements read the ****** negative reviews same issues.

      Total scumbag dealer. Sold a car out from underneath us after we submitted a credit application for a car. Would not recommend doing business with this dealer at all.

      Horrible. Scam. Sold me a car left it overnight for them to clean it and service it and would be ready for pick up in the Morning. After driving off the lot my engine overheated and almost seized come to find out by some nice guy at Autozone there was no coolant it was empty he then proceeded to check my oil dip stick which he told me after my oil was low and green!!! What kind of service is that. Called them back the next day after picking up the car. I was told by the receptionist *********** just go to Autozone and get antifreeze and also having electrical issues since day 1 of purchase! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

      I think this dealership was excellent. I dealt with ******* which explained everything about the car and also had it delivered to my house. It was a pleasure dealing with ******* and the dealership. I bought the car site unseen turned out perfect. I would recommend them to do business with. Thank you for everything. Al

      I wish I could rate lower than 1 star and still be able to warn people about going here. They lie about the price, if they even talk about the price. They try and run your credit and add the car to your insurance just to tell you a car listed on their website is two to three times more money. Compete scam.

      My wife and I bought a car from here on the 5th of April with an inspection sticker for April 2024. My job has me driving a good bit, so on my first oil change, I was told the brake pads had about 2000 miles left and the back tires should have never passed inspection. The two back tires were worn in a way that looked like they came from a bad front end alignment. I don't believe I should be buying a car from a dealership with certified in the name, and have to spend close to 1500$ in the first 6 weeks on simple things like brake pads and better tires. I contacted them the day I found out. I was transferred to someones voicemail. I left a voicemail, and never received a call. A week later, I contacted them through messaging and my wife called. They wanted us to call back on the following Monday, we missed but called on Tuesday. There has been no response since.

      I've been to many dealerships in my time driving and the very best experience i've ever had came from dealing with Sunrise Certified and car dealer *******. She went out her way to find me a car and at the best deal possible. I have no complaints at all. Left with a nice ride and pockets still in tact lol. I recommend anyone coming here. They go above and beyond treat everyone respectfully and flat out with kindness and care! I will be going back whenever I want to upgrade they have a customer for life!!!! Big shout out to ******* again she is a game changer... -************

      Horrible business. Please stay. Very shady. It took forever to get someone on the phone and when I did he (****)was a pushy sales man and tried to tried add on additional of 3K of dealership fees on top of sale price. I explained Im out of state and I will have my own transport and we finally did come to term. Then he was very adamant on me putting $500 deposit. I explained ** willing to pay the car cash and I can have it transferred if he can provide wiring instructions and he did not want to that. He ran my card and my card got declined because of fraud protection of me being out of state. He then called me a fraudster and that he said he pulled my credit and I have no credit. I explained I never gave you permission to pull my credit. I asked for a manager and then **** replied he is owner and hung up. Come to find out he a sales rep and I asked for a follow up from the business and still no answer. Please stay away!!!

      I purchased this car at the end of April from ********************************** held the car until May 5th to fix a few things that they did not fix! It's been ************ still waiting on a switch for my seat. When i purchased the car they denied me a ************** i am having issues with the motor that they are aware of & refuse to do anything about! I have reached out to this dealership multiple times & have been given not only horrible customer service but the run around! They knew when they sold me this car that it had motor ************** i'm looking at over 5,000$ for a new motor & install & i still owe over 11,000$ on the car. They sold me a ************ know it & have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. This was my first time buying a car off of a lot & i am in complete regret. I would never recommend anyone to these scam artists.

      well this right here is a lie because the only person i spoke with was *************************** and it was through text messages that i still have. I also have a witness that was with me at the time of the purchase when you declined to give me a warranty because you stated it would affect my financing. also you never offered me an appointment because if i was offered an appointment my car would've been at your dealership getting fixed on your tab. you sold me a car with a bad motor knowing it had a bad motor, why should i have to pay for your mistake? lastly im still waiting on the switch for my seat because i cannot adjust my seat it has now been almost 8 months and you have failed to provide me with that switch. so like i requested the motor can be replaced free of charge or you can give me my money back that i put down on the car OR you can put me in another car with a GUARANTEED WARRANTY in the same payment range. *** went to other mechanics to get quotes on a motor replacement and it is $4,500 which is $500 more than what i put down to finance the vehicle. Also that is half what i owe left on my car note. PLEASE fix this, sincerely a very UPSET PAYING CUSTOMER!
