I ordered boots on 2/19/25. An email acknowledged the order. i received an email saying the order had shipped on 2/27/25. I received billing on **** for the order. The boots still have not arrived so I attempted to cancel order on 3/31/25. I could not do so. Reviews of the company on the internet indicate I may have fallen for a scam. I placed an order with Casual Comfort Sandals on January 14, 2025. On January 16, 2025 the company states, via email, the order is is packed and will ship soon. Later the same day they sent me another email stating the entire order has shipped, ********************************************************************** this is the address to track the order. When I try to track the package it states delivery failed for unknown reason. I did finally receive a pair of sandals that cost $29.99 but were sup[pose to be black and are green. The same day I received an email from the company, February 27th stating that the last part of the order has been delivered I contacted the company and told them this was the only item I had ever received and it was the wrong color. They responded with you have 30 ays from delivery to return and this item was past the 30 days. I sent them an email staing that they were incorrect that I contacted them on the same day it was delivered and told them theyu had sent me an email stating that it has just been delivered.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of boots through the Casual Comfort Sandal website (**************************) for my daughter on 1-11-25. The website lists US contact/address: Email: ******************************* and Address: ***********************************************When the boots arrived, they were too big and very poor quality- plastic type material with a half zipper near the ankle. The website states the company has a 30 day return policy. I reached out to the company to return the boots the day after we received them and after after multiple emails back and forth which I refused an exchange, the company emailing me about the return is Premier Trust Store, I was told I need to ship the item to: Name: **** **** Phone: *************** Address: ********************************************** ****** AND that all customs related charges will be my responsibility. There will be no refund until the item is received in ******Shipping this item to ***** will cost more money and the boots aren't worth ***** complaint is that the company puts themselves out there as a US company with a Nevada address, but makes it impossible to return something - having to ship it to *****. I will dispute this charge with my credit card because the company does not disclose any returns will need to be shipped overseas at the purchasers expense.This may be a lost $67.94 for me, but I want other people to know that this company's practices are fraudulent with no realistic way to return poor quality merchandise. On 12/18/24 i placed an order with Casual Comfort hoping to get a pair of Uggs in time for Christmas. Since they listed a Las Vegas address and I live in *****, it seemed like there might be a chance I could get them in time. It took over a week before I got tracking info, so it was already past Christmas. The tracking info says it was shipped from ***** and not ********* - first red flag! I emailed them back about this and asked if they were genuine Uggs or are these a Chinese knockoff of Uggs. They didn't answer my question, only responded that they were shipped and gave me a tracking link. The tracking said it was "in transit" for almost 2 months. In the meantime I emailed multiple times with the same generic response. I messaged them thru their ******** page, they claimed to research, but sent me the same tracking link. I then filed a complaint with ****** in hopes their buyer protection would help. Instead the closed it because Casual Comfort sent them a fake tracking link that says it was delivered a month ago, but also says the package is still in transit. I filed another complaint with ****** telling them Casual Comfort is lying and I never received it. Now I am filing complaints with BBB, the **** Trustpilot, etc for Casual Comfort. If ****** doesn't not issue me a refund, I will be filing a complaint against them as well.Customer Answer

I ordered a pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. They were ordered on 12/16. It was indicated on their website that this was in time for a before Christmas delivery. On 12/24 I received a notice that my order had just shipped ---- from *****. It never stated anywhere on their site that they were a **************** in fact, they are registered as a ***************** on their website. They are not incorporated in ********* or ********. I cannot locate any legal entity established to do business in the ************* at all. After three weeks, I received a notice that my order was "on it's way" on January 15th. The order arrived that week and it was not as advertised. The products were not **** at all, but knock offs and the seams were frayed and tattered. I contacted the company and they informed me that they had "recently moved operations HQ" and that I could now mail them back to ***** for a full refund (at my mailing expense) or I could keep them and get a 20% refund. I was required to take and submit pictures of the default before I even reached this phase of the discussion. I have indicated I wanted the 20% refund, and then I received a notice email from them that they could not refund me because they had not stored my card data, and I would have to call my bank. The entire process was maddening and I still have no resolution. I wanted to post here to stop others from buying from this ridiculous scam of a company.Initial Complaint

I ordered what I thought were UGG slippers from Casual Comfort Sandals. I realized they were fake and emailed the company to cancel the order. They ignored the email and eventually shipped them. I contacted them to return the shoes with no response. I opened a case with ******, was told I have to ship these back to an address in ***** even though the website clearly states a US address. The website also states that they will provide a shipping label which they do not do. I had to pay $32,50 to ship these back. As of today, I have not received a refund for anything.Customer Answer

What a *************************************** i Purchase "Uggs" Shoes 12/26/24. The address listed on the website was in *********, leading you to think its a company in ***************** so I made an order. I paid $107. They lead you to believe you will get your order within 7-10 day. That is a lie. The only way to contact them is by email which I did trying find out when I would get them. The only thing they would give me was a tracking number, which by the way is from *****. I tried to cancel my order and they would not. It took over 30 days to receive this order. Guess what they are not **** but just a knock off at the **** price!! It was shipped in a garbage bag, no box!I want to return them but the only way is to send them an email and Surprise Surprise, they dont respond to the several I have sent.I think Company's like this should face penalties for misleading consumers in every way.1) Making you think you are buying **** name brand because they used the word Taman in the description 2) Using Addresses in ***************** so you think you order will ship from there.3) Telling you ***** Days to receive something they know will take longer. 4) Telling you the return policy and then never responding when you follow it.I want to return the shoes and get a refund. I ordered my son a pair of what I thought was Uggs on 1/3. There was no communication with a tracking number for several days. When the tracking number finally was received, we discovered that they were being shipped from *****. It took literally 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive and when they did, the style of the shoe was incorrect and they were NOT Uggs as they claimed. We have tried for 2 weeks to get a return address to send these bs k and get our money back but have not received ANY information in how to return them. We also get a computer generated reply and nothing else. Our son spent his Christmas money on these fake shoes and these scammers should not be in business.
