    Deserved zero stars! I had the same experiences as others, the product shows up a month late, in a garbage bag, no box. I didnt like the product so requested to return, and was told Id have to mail the shoes back to their ***** location at my own expense! I chose to take a 20% refund (thats the best they could do.argh), but they needed me to provide them with the credit card transaction ID (not sure why they couldnt search their system for that info), which I supplied over a month ago.. no refund in sight. Terrible terrible product and customer service!

    This company scammed me out of ***************************************** December, never received for months tried to contact them and they would just send me a tracking link. Out of nowhere it says my shoes were delivered in January which is false information. They refuse to give me a refund and there is no number to tell someone on the phone. Worst experience.

    I give it zero stars! Buyers beware! This company is based in *****. It took over one month to get my product. They were too small and I wanted to return it. We went back-and-forth over several emails from several different employees saying the same thing.I paid for shipping when I ordered the product.If I wanted to get a full refund, I would have to pay for shipping back, which exceeded the amount that I paid for, wait for them to receive the product and then they would refund my account. The alternative is to get a 20% store credit. It looks like I am out the $33 I paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Not real Uggs. Do not honor refunds as stated on their website. They are not from ********* as stated but from *****. Shoes will arrive in a garbage bag not box and have a terrible glue order...STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THANK ME LATER

    ************. Do not fall victim to this company the way I did. Returns have to be sent to ***** for full refund. Be prepared to pay. **************** is horrible. Shoes took a month to get to me from overseas. They are not original uggs. FAKE FAKE SCAM SCAM. Very unhappy!!

    Almost two months, still havent received my order and no response to my emails or explanation. I paid for the order with ****** to have some line of defense for issues just like this.

    Do not order from this company! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes than never came. 2 months of in transit. They never had valid tracking only in transit. Then they said it was delivered a month after tracking was still saying in transit. And ****** did not credit me back since they all of a sudden had tracking. 195$ gone!Site is making me leave a star. They dont deserve s!!

    Placed order through this company for two pairs of boots in size 13.5. Took nearly THREE WEEKS to receive my order. I finally received my orderthe appearance of the package was suspicious to me. Looked like they used a black garbage bag in shipping my boots. Opened up the package and saw the boots, each packaged in large, clear ziplock bagsno shoe boxes! Attempted to try on one pair of boots and was unable to fit my feet into them. Size was WAY SMALLER than expected. Attempted to contact the company THREE TIMES by email to explain the situation and asked for instructions to send the order back and request a refund. Each time, I was notified by ****** Mail that my email was unable be delivered to the email address of Casual Comfort Sandals. The notification indicated that the message contained spam or virus. I immediately deleted the email. Now, I am stuck with two pairs of boots that I CANNOT wear. All I want is to return the boots and receive my refund. I wish I had checked with BBB before dealing with this company. I was sorry to hear that other customers had gotten the shaft like I did. Its really sad that people cant trust companies like this one. I feel that scammers like this one should be punished to the FULLEST EXTENT OF THE **** But, thats too much like right. ********!!!!
