  I recently got an oil change from this dealership and found out I needed to change out my brake pads. For brake pad replacement, brake fluid and an oil change, this establishment tried charging me upwards of $1100!! Of course that's absurd, with the help of two lovely gentleman -- *************** my price was brought to $988. That's right, still nearly $1K. We went back and forth for hours on the pricing and before we landed at a final price the work was done so I didn't really have a choice but to pay. What appalled me was that although the parts were less than $400, I was charged $700 for 6hrs worth of labor when this job took no less than 1 hour realistically to do. It was explained to me that this is just standard procedure to charge 2hrs worth of labor for each part of a job. Which is INSANE. The management at this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for being such scam artists and taking advantage of their clients with very little care. I understand salaries and bills need to be paid, but I also heard at least 6 other clients complain about unreasonable pricing for work done on their cars here. ***** and **** are the only good things about this dealership --- DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. GO ANYWHEREEEEE ELSE!

  We are certainly concerned by ******************** comments as our prices are fair and in line with other dealerships within our area.  However in regards to the service work performed on her vehicle, (which she agreed upon before the work was even performed) we applied a coupon to her oil change, lowered our labor rates, gave her a $100.00 discount and gave a coupon for a free oil in the future. so we feel that we have gone over and above to satisfy our customer. It is unfortunate that she felt this was not enough.

  I bought a Kia ****** on May 13. I was robbed the car isnt worth what I paid Im a 68 year old woman and didnt realize the book value! I decided I didnt want the warranty on the car and I called to cancel it the day after buying the car. Its been 41 days and its still not cancelled! I have contacted them multiple times! Then I found out on June 24th my vehicle is still listed on Cargurus for sale by them! I was then given some ridiculous reason about a cyber attack last Wednesday! *** owned the vehicle for over a month it should have been taken off way before last Wednesday. I want to sell the vehicle because its way too small for me and need a bigger vehicle and now I cant list it because ******** says its listed for sale by Kia of West Nyack and I have owned the car for 41 days! All dealers are the same money hungry and could care less about you! So very sad ?? they even rip off the elderly!

  Terrible I bought a car there nothing but problems with vehicle try talking to service department nobody talks to you I've called many times put me on hold and never pick up or they hang up on me there is a problem with steering there's a recall on steering column and they tell me there isn't but I researched it and there is a recall on it it's a 2017 Kia *******

  The absolute worst experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto manufacturer, auto supplier, auto repair establishment. Ive owned about 38 vehicles in my lifetime, commercial and personal combined. I would not buy a windshield wiper blade from this dealership much less buy a vehicle ever again the product they represent is subpar to the US industry, all of their licensing for America should be rescinded immediately I will elaborate in depth to any individual that represents this dealership or the manufacturer, or anyone else with any relevance

  My family was put into a terrible safety situation but the service ***** I had the car towed to the *********** because it would not go over 25mph. I knew there we three codes that were showing up as faults. Two were relating to the catalytic converter. They claim that these codes werent showing up on their scan. This is the first falsehood. When I left the car overnight, the ************* called to tell me he would drive the car home to the Bronx. Based on the mileage, he did no such thing. Second falsehood. After about 20 calls to the service department, I was told the car had no problems. Also a falsehood. The staff there hung up on me. They put me on hold and left me there for over 30 minutes. I dont know how a company can operated in-this way. I am at a loss for what to do. The car is undrivable and the check engine light is on.

  ****** C ************ mgr M, refusing the restorations of the gauge/sensor lights at these original states, with no working other units (the speed meter, cruise, lane warning...), had me to go home - a very dangerous maneuver, after paying diagnosis fee out of my pocket. The damage estimate only, NOT repair, I asked several times when I brought my car in. I have had never experienced this kind of procedure and was totally upset.Hoping you straighten this incident appropriately ASAP, also I am looking a better solution, hoping no serious happenings among all of us !
