      I paid & went through the car wash. Water never went on-I did not ga the car. After drying I found 5 foot of rubber hanging off my window-the detail guy had to cut it or it would not be hanging off down the door. Mike the manager and Lisa, store manager, ignored me and treated me rudely.

      On 1/18 I used the car wash at Delta Sonic in Niagara Falls. During the car wash a cloth or (mitter) as they are called became tangle in my windshield wiper. I immediately took photos and upon exiting the wash notified an employee as to what happened. The employee (Jerauld) instructed me to fill out a form while he untangled the cloth from the wiper. After removing the cloth my wipers no longer worked. I called on Monday 1/20 to see if they could expedite my claim as my vehicle had become unsafe to drive. I was sent an email denying my claim as they said they have video of my wipers on in carwash. I called and asked to meet with the manager of the location to see the video. Upon meeting Lori (manager) she showed video of me clearing my window of spray outside the carwash so I could better see as I approached the machine. At that point Lori noticed I was videotaping attempting to have a copy for myself at which point she wouldn’t allow me to see the video from inside the car wash. I asked why and she couldn’t give me a reason other than “because “ . I asked her to produce in writing company policy stating why I couldn’t tape or have a copy of video. She couldn’t do that. She called customer service at headquarters who also denied my request but couldn’t tell me why. I offered to turn off phone in order to see video but at that point they refused to show me. I called customer service that offered to send me “pictures “ from inside carwash. But not provide video. I have this entire interaction on video.. I also have video of this happening to another customers car on 1/22. This afternoon customer srevice saying the cloths/mitters do not become tangle on vehicles. I tried to act in a civil manner with everyone I interacted with only to be treated in a rude and callous manner. Further research shows it is standard practice for Delta Sonic to deny most claims and put the onus on the customer to prove otherwise at great time, expense and frustration.

      On the month/year of May 2011, I became a Delta Sonic unlimited super kiss car wash member. The cost for the membership promotion was 12.99. Through the course of thirteen years, Delta Sonic continued to increase my monthly payment. After the cost of 12.99, it went up to 16.99. From there 19.99. At that point, I filed a complaint at the Attorney General Office in Illinois. The answer and excuse to my complaint to the office, I was washing my car too much and another explanation. The office resolved the issue, and my monthly payment went back down to 12.99. Not long after, cost went back up to 19.99. November or December of last year cost went up to 26.99. I called ###-###-#### to have a discussion with the representative in regard to the price. The answer the rep. gave me was an answer that was unacceptable, but it went back down to 22.99. Finale Statement: Delta Sonic would perform a transaction and take funds out of my account without notifications of price changes. My membership should remain at 12.99 at the time of the promotion when I signed up. My mother's membership still remains at 12.99. My membership sticker number on my car is (****************.)

      Ms. ******** has admittedly been a long-term customer, but at no time was she ever guaranteed a lifetime rate.   All of our literature and our available terms and conditions have always read that all prices are subject to change.   Ms. ******** has been in a $29.99 plan for many years that Delta Sonic has been discounting to try to insure value as we do for our customers that we do not feel would be receiving a good value at the regular rate of the plan, however like all of our customers, if the value received changes, the discounts may as well which has happened in this case.     The customer was educated to this fact in September of 2023 and continued to remain in the plan.  At that time, we did discount the plan slightly more than we should have as a courtesy, but it was never guaranteed forever, only 3 months as is practice when we make a change.   In summary,   it is the position of Delta Sonic that we have remained true to our mission of providing a great product at a great rate and using discount where available to insure value.   We have never promised and will not promise a rate that is not subject to change.Our records also show that on October 2 of this year, Ms. ******** acknowledged the notification that her plan price was increasing(discount decreasing).    The increase occurred as notified for the charge on November 1, 2024, and has continued to charge at that monthly rate since that time.

My rebuttal to Delta Sonic is, the statement that Delta Sonic has provided. (I had a plan of $29.99 for years. ) Which, that is absolutely false. I have never been in a $29.99 plan so, their statement is false.  So, what’s the truth in their statement?  There was no discount whatsoever on my plan. My plan was as is $12.99. This was a promotion they were providing for customers. Before Delta Sonic started the unlimited membership Car Wash, individuals can get a car wash, I believe for 6.00 then go back within five days and get another wash.My plan was never 29.99, which Delta Sonic has provided the flyer of  the plan I was on and I resubmit it again and It quotes, (LIMITED TIME OFFER!Only at Tinley P=kUnlimitedSuper KissWashes$ 12.99Billed monthly on your credit card.Bonus!Register your bar-coded car wash stickeronline and receive a FREE Hand Waxplus additional savings all year!www.deltasoniccarwash.com  Easy AnswersWhen will my credit card be billed?The full rate will be automatically charged to your creditcard on the first of every month. My  statement and theory, If an individual miss out on this promotion, that individual cannot get that promotion. After the $12.99, I believe it went up to $16.99 so, whoever wanted that promotion price at that period of time would pay that price for the plan. And (ADD) Benefits are for  instance, if you  get your oil changed and you are an unlimited car wash member, you can get an oil change for $10 which, I had that done. I was never educated in any facts in September 2023. Yes, I continue to remain in a plan that I should have been at 12.99 but, once they kept going up, I took it to the higher up, and I went to the Attorney General for consumer fraud. I’m unsure what year it was when I filed the complaint, but Delta Sonic brought my price back down.  In my summary, Delta Sonic is not in a  position to remaining true to their consumers. And they stated that their mission is providing great product, but that’s absolutely correct but their mission also is to deceive and go into individual’s account without giving the members knowledge their price is going up so, that is absolutely fraud to take additional money out of someone’s account without giving  person knowledgeability. The members must be noticeable of these transactions. If they don’t approve they need to fight,  if they approve then Delta Sonic wins.  In my case, I do not approve of unknown transactions. Meaning, the wrong amount being withdrawn without  authorization.  Delta Sonic states, “We have never promised and will not promise a rate that is not subject to change.”  They are absolutely right they have never promised.       On December 18, 2024, I brought my 2020 ******* ********* to Delta Sonic for a car wash and 15 minute detail. At the end of the detail, the camera that is part of the driver side mirror was hanging down after it had been damaged in the car wash. I called for a supervisor who took my claim for damages. After waiting several weeks, Delta Sonic declined my claim despite video evidence that the mirror was damaged during the car wash. The cost to fix the damaged mirror camera is $1,711.26.

      After reviewing the video footage, it clearly shows that the damage to the mirror occurred when you closed the vehicle's door after exiting the car wash. The mirror was fully intact at the time of your vehicle leaving the wash.
      Based on this video evidence, we must maintain our position that Delta Sonic did not contribute to the damage in question.

      The connection/attachment of the camera to the lower part of the mirror was broken by one or more of the forces it was exposed to during the car wash.  Immediately after the car wash, when the car door was first closed and experienced the normal vibrations of a car door closing, the broken connection/attachment was revealed and the camera fell down.  The fact that the camera may not have fallen down during the car wash does not in any way prove that the camera connection/attachment was not broken during the car wash.  The facts are simple - I entered the car wash with a mirror camera attachment that was not broken.  After experiencing the forces of the car wash which broken the camera attachment, the camera fell down when the door was closed.

      I called into Delta Sonic and sent them a letter in October of 2024 to cancel and not charge me for October 2024 on a 2009 ********* license plate ***** and yet they kept charging me I sent them another letter and called up again in November The lady said it would be canceled refunded I never received that today I called up and spoke to another lady on the phone she said I can only cancel it now and I can only refund you for January. That is unacceptable. I need a refund for October November and December. I have both an interior and an exterior plan on that vehicle and it is not been up to Delta Sonic in Erie Pennsylvania since then. I sent them letters I called they canceled a few of them as I have many vehicles with them but they did not cancel this vehicle I'm requesting a refund for October November December interior exterior approximately $60 a month they charged me

      On the morning of 12-26-24, at approximately 9:00 AM, I visited the Delta Sonic car wash located at Niagara Falls Blvd intersection, I possessed gift cards for both interior and exterior car washes. After completing the exterior wash, I proceeded to utilize the interior wash service. Upon exiting the wash bay, I discovered a significant crack in my windshield that was not present prior to entering the car wash. I immediately notified a Delta Sonic associate, who subsequently contacted a manager. The manager collected my contact information and assisted me in filing a damage claim. While acknowledging the incident, the manager implied that the windshield damage may have pre-existed my visit. This insinuation was deeply offensive and I felt I was being treated with unwarranted skepticism. I strongly object to this implication and maintain that the windshield damage occurred while my vehicle was within the car wash facility. I request that Delta Sonic promptly address this issue by arranging for the necessary repairs to my windshield. Driving with this damage poses a significant safety hazard and requires immediate attention.

      Thank you for contacting us. It is our position that the crack stemmed from a previous imperfection in the glass.  Any imperfection, such as a chip, nick or small crack will create an area of weakness within the glass that cannot withstand the temperature changes, and the glass may crack significantly.  Your insurance carrier should cover windshield replacement under your glass coverage policy at no cost to you.  If you do not have glass coverage, please forward a copy of your insurance declaration and we will submit your claim for re-evaluation.  Thank you.

      I previously had the Super Kiss unlimited car wash package for $21.74 per month, they offered a promotion to upgrade to the Super kiss plus unlimited monthly package For $25.99 a month and then they raised the price several times after that and most recently increased it to $42 a month. I called to see if they could reduce the price because my husband is only paying $32 a month for the unlimited Super Kiss plus package and they told me no that my price increase was based on my usage. How can a company advertise unlimited car washes for a price and then increase cost based on usage? I opted to downgrade my plan to the super kiss unlimited for $29.99 a month plus tax which is still priced much higher than the past. My biggest issue is their frequent price increases and basing it on usage when they promote unlimited package plans.

Had I known that, I would have been more restrictive on the frequency I visited your car wash. It just seems like a bait and switch type situation and very misleading to customers.

      We are sorry for any misunderstanding.  When you do sign up, you sign a receipt stating that you are entering at an introductory rate that is only guaranteed for at least the first 3 months of service. The receipt also acknowledges that any change in the discounted rate will be communicated in advance on receipt and displayed on the Super Lane Screen.

      I am filing a complaint regarding damage to my vehicle at Delta Car Wash on November 11, 2023, and the unprofessional handling of my claim. My vehicle sustained damage, including [which I reported immediately. Despite providing documentation for self-repair at fair market rates, Jackie F. and Shaun K****** from the claims department refused my request, Shaun K****** stated they "cannot pay directly" to avoid "participating in insurance fraud." This accusation is baseless, offensive, and unprofessional. Delta Car Wash also rejected reimbursement for labor costs, leaving me to cover the repair costs myself. I request the BBB’s assistance to ensure Delta Car Wash: Fully reimburses me for the repair costs (parts, materials, and labor). Issues a formal apology for their false accusations. Improves their claims process to prevent future issues. Supporting evidence, including photos, estimates, and correspondence, is attached. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope for a swift resolution.

      Yes I had damage done to my new car (less then a month old) As I came up to the car wash I went to go through the very first wash and just as I got close I noticed I’m not going to make it thru… the arm was not locked in place and it scratch the side of my car There was no cone up to say it wasn’t working properly So they are refusing to fix my car and I don’t think it’s fair. If it wasn’t working property it should have been shut down They have always put cones up if they are not working so I didn’t think twice I don’t know if you can get the tape so I can see the video. They refuse to send it to me I have to get an attorney or go through my ins. Where is that right If you could help in anyway it would be much appreciated ******** ***** ************

      complaint regarding the service I have received at your locations, particularly at the Oswego, IL branch, Im Delta Sonic Unlimited Wash Plan member in Naperville, IL since 2017 or 2018,When I first joined, the monthly membership fee was around $9.99. Over time, the cost has increased significantly, yet the quality of service has noticeably decreased. On June 8, 2024, I took delivery of my brand-new ***** Model Y. Unfortunately, the Naperville location has been under construction or expansion for some time, making it difficult to access a car wash while still being charged for membership fees. As a result, I traveled to the Delta Sonic location in Oswego, IL on September 11, 2024, between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. After going through the car wash, I opted for a detailing service. During the detailing, the technician used some kind of air spray that blew ashes, trash, and other debris all over the interior, especially on my sun visors, mirrors, and the ceiling of my brand-new car. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue— happened at the Naperville with my previous ***** Model 3. At that time, the team acknowledged the mistake and cleaned the glass and ceiling. However, this time it happened to a brand-new vehicle, and the debris left permanent stains on my ceiling and visors, which were not even wiped down. To make matters worse, I have white seats, and despite my specific request for the staff to sit on towels to avoid staining my seats, a handprint was left on the fabric. When I pointed it out to one of your team members, he wasn’t the one who worked on my car but still wiped it down. I had to clean another mark on my own, as it wasn’t properly addressed. I have tried contacting your customer service team several times, only to be left playing phone tag with no resolution in sight. Driving out of my way to another location for a substandard service that left my vehicle in worse condition is beyond frustrating.
