I contracted with ********* for an *** security system at my second home in ******** ** in July 2018. I experienced issues with the system immediately upon installation. After contacting *** on multiple occasions, they sent technicians out on two occasions. *** determined that the wi-fi signal was too loo in the mountains where the house is, and therefore could not provide the internet-based service. As such, *** stopped providing the service. ********* continued to state that I still owed them the monthly fee. I explained that *** could not provide the service, so I was not going to pay for a service that could not be provided. After months of harassing calls ********* sold my information to P&B Capital Group, LLC, a debt collector. P&B Capital Group, LLC has begun calling me making claims that I owe them $1,261. I answered their calls and explained the situation, and even provided them with the contact info of the Manager at *** that I dealt with during the situation when it was determined that they could not provide the service. Despite me sharing this info that the "debt" is not accurate, P&B Capital Group, LLC has logged 2 complaints against my credit with ********. As such, my credit score that was in the 800's has dropped to 752. Again, I did not default on any payments; rather, *** could not provide the service so it was cancelled. *** confirmed that I no longer had to pay since they could not provide the service. I would like P&B Capital Group, LLC to stop calling me and to remove the credit complaints because they are not valid.

      To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.  Our company has not attempted to contact Mr. ****** since 10/26/21 when he informed us of his representation by an attorney.  In addition, our company did not report this account to the credit bureaus.  However, in an attempt to assist Mr. ******, I have returned the account to the current creditor along with a copy of his complaint and attorney contact information for their records.  Should you or Mr. ****** have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at ************.

      Very truly yours,

      To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.  I would like to offer Ms. ******** my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.  Using her situation as an example, I have our IT Department immediately looking into why the Stop reply was not functioning correctly.  Her number should not have been texted again after 1/21.  This account was recalled from our office on 9/14/21.  The last phone call / message mentioned in the complaint is not our company.  Should you or Ms. ******** have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ************.

      Very truly yours,
