I have not received any calls myself, but my brother just received a call looking for me. I have no clue who P&B Capital Group is. He said they said I had him as a reference, which is 100% false. Please remove me from this. Thank you.

Received a call asking for a certain individual, with a certain company's work phone number, which is now the new company that manages the facility. When I spoke to the individual she asked on how to get a hold of a certain individual, which I stated this is a new company, that took over the managing, she didn't ask my name, but got extremely rude, when all I asked was what the call was for, and got very defensive said I was asking to many questions for not being the person. I asked 1 question, that's all but Sheila was the name, and should get better people skills, I'm sorry you have to harass people for a living but I asked 1 question, that to get upset was ridiculous all you had to do was say I can't say anything related to that. But then to imply I'm asking too many questions because you assume I'm the person you're trying to contact, pretty ridiculous.

I have been contacted numerous times--both at home and at work--by a Don S***** (sp?) regarding a collection matter that he/the company has not properly addressed with me. He wanted to discuss private matters over the phone, but as I do now know him or the company, I asked that he send me an email to disclose what the collection was about. He/they said that it was sent--this was nearly a week ago--but it has not been received. They keep calling me, however, even after I said that I would not talk to him/them until I received more information via email regarding the situation. It is especially annoying that he/they continue to call me, especially at my place of employment, and I now consider this to be harassment.

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.  A model validation notice was emailed to Mr. **** at the email address provided in the complaint on 9/23/2022 when our company received the account for collection.  In addition, as requested, an account statement was emailed to him yesterday by management.  Our representative, Mr. S*****, was acting according to company policy regarding validating the consumer's identity prior to disclosing sensitive information.  As requested, we have placed the account into inactive status to ensure Mr. **** is not contacted until he initiates after reviewing said emails.  Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at *************

This agency has called my mother discussing information about a “debt” they are trying to collect. They gave my mother a ton of information which I know is illegal. She identified that she was not me and that she was a family member and this agency continued to give her information and harass her. They never once attempted to call my phone. I also never received any notices or anything in writing regarding this supposed “debt”. They appeared on my credit report without notice or anything. I am demanding a cease and desist and deletion from this company and it’s horrible practices!

This company contacted my husband regarding a debit that I know nothing about. I returned their call and the lady was extremely rude. I haven’t seen the bill from this company they say I owe! They refuse to send any bill. I don’t want them contacting me and if I owe a debit, they need to have the company contact me! I will file suit with the Michigan attorney general if they do not stop contacting me!

PMB Capital LLC continues to call leaving messages with no information other than I must call immediately upon receiving their message. I have no signed business with this company and request a cease and desist from all methods of contact from this company. The call attempts and messages are borderline harassment and I feel the statue of limitations is applicable to any “old” debts I may have. Thanks, **** *****

Ongoing. This business is calling and texting me for debt collection, presumably for a relative. I have no debt that needs collecting. I want them to stop calling and texting me. I'm an old woman and don't sleep well. I often nap, and I can't turn off my phone, in case someone needs to get in touch with me urgently. I don't know how they got my number.

I have received multiple calls from this company. I do not know who they are and what they want. I have tried to call but unfortunately it was outside of business hours. If they are attempting to collect a debt I have not received anything in writing. I would like to settle whatever it is but I cannot do that if they do not say what it is. I would also like to be the sole point of contact for this issue. I do not want any other phone numbers contacted except for my primary number as it is listed in this complaint.
