      Bought an rv paid $700 mandatory fee for an orientation so that a tech could go through and show the camper in action. Get it home and no outlets worked, the toilet leaked. Was never notified now the company wants to avoid calls and msssages not retuning anything but rather sit behind and message me about reviews I leave instead of correcting the issue. I wouldn’t have purchased the camper had I known the toilet was leaking and none of the outlets worked. A tech did come out over a week later and repaired the faulty breaker(the I supplied) after the problems were brought to light even though a day after I notified them seeing they delievered it late Sept 5. Tech took pictures acknowledged the issues, company still refuses to fix the problem nor work with me I advised originally I didn’t want the orientation so they discounted it to $500 and even that they still didn’t perform the 500 service. Camper was filthy outlets broke toilet leaked. I was further advised this was a “check and advise” so that it could be spoken prior to purchase. Nope was never told they shamed me and sent it on its way. Funny think is I purchased a warranty, and they still won’t act on it they want me to come out of pocket for the warranty to only be reimbursed if covered! What was the point of the 1500 warranty!

      In October 2023 I received a recall letter on my ***** trailer for the propane regulator. We had already been closed at that time, so they told me to call back when we opened at they would get it taken care of. I have been trying now since April 2024 to get this resolved. They referred me to a mobile mechanic, who when I call was confused as to why I was calling because they said they usually will deal with **** ******* (RV One). I have called **** ******* (RV One), left messages, with no call backs. I finally got to talk to someone last week Tues who was going to call me back same day or the next day and still nothing. They keep telling me I have to bring the trailer in, which I cannot not do because it is permanently placed at our property. This recall letter states this could cause a fire. We also a couple weeks ago lost everything in our fridge because the propane did not kick on to back it up. I don't want a fire and I don't want to keep losing food in my fridge either. This should not be this difficult to replace this recall. The letter also states this is no cost to me. **** ******* (RV One) needs to communicate with *****, the mobile mechanic and whoever to get this resolved for us.

      I ******** ************ bought an 2013 ******* from Buffalo RV over 3 years ago when I received it on my site and the fridge didn't work and my stove and my couch was not attached. I have reached out numerous times and nothing has been done. I had a 3 year warranty that has also expired. I need help resolving this issue.

      The company still has not resolved any of my concerns. It has been 3 years of back and forth. I am getting no where with the company. I am contacting channel 4 next. I have no fridge, my couch you can't sit on without someone falling off and my trailer is just leaking. I can't keep going back and forth. I am also sick and stressed over it. I need help from someone. I worked so hard to buy something newer and it is junk 22000 is not chump change to me.

      I purchased a new camper on January 26, 2024 from a different RV dealer. I have traded in the RV that I purchased at **** ******* **. I have requested a refund on the extended warranty that I purchased from **** ******* and I have yet to receive it. I purchased the warranty from **** ******* when it was known as RV one. I purchased a seven year plan in the amount of $3361. The contract number is **********. We are due a refund, due to the fact that the warranty was still good. I have called and emailed ******* ** several times with the most recent interaction being with the branch manager ****** **********. She has failed to get our refund to us in two months time. She is very much aware of the fact that she owes us this refund. She has been provided with all of the paperwork necessary to process this refund. I would appreciate any help that you could provide me thank you.

      My husband and I purchased a class a RV from this company about a month ago gave them 45,000 down and cash payment and a trade-in and they were supposed to pay off the loan from my other RV still today. They have not paid off my loan and they’re going to trash my credit and they were supposed to replace a captains chair for the driver because it was damaged and they have not ordered it as promised as they would. They will not return phone calls every time I call no one picks up the phone, I need the loan paid off they got paid through *** ****. They have their money and still have not paid off the existing loan from the prior RV. This is unacceptable. Please help if I don’t get help I will call a lawyer and bring them to small claims court.

      Hello, I am reaching out with hopes of additional support to correct an issue we have been having with Buffalo RV. We purchased a new 2022 ***** *** for, I believe $18k. My husband has the invoice in his papers and can provide exact numbers if needed. We are in the state of PA so titling had to be done here. Our initial issue was trying to get the keys. They had said they were in the camper and we were good to go. We drove 3 hours home and there weren't any keys. We reached out and they said they would over night them. It wasn't until a month later they finally had them sent. Several times the sales person ignored our texts and calls. The next issue was getting the check to the notary. Originally they had the wrong amount and there was a lot of follow ups for them to finally get the correct check sent. Our next issue came when we started detailing the camper for our first trip. we noticed a whole in the back right of the camper. With the siding of the camper any water that gets inside the walls can cause delaminiation. We attempted to contact our sales person for this issue and they didn't reach back out. I finally posted a google review when **** ******* reached out. She had the camper picked up for the repair, got the keys to us, and the notary check situated. The repair they made on the camper is far from perfect. There is a lot of overspray from the paint all over the back. We also don't know the extent of internal damage or what is to come in the future. We had only been on one trip after the repair was made. We washed/detailed the camper after that and parked it. When getting ready for our recent trip we noticed a gap in the window and frame above the dining table. We don't know how long it was like that and if water has gotten inside. The dark water tank is also not sensing when it's empty. We have made several attempts to reach out to Buffalo RV with no resolution. I would prefer to not waste 18k on a camper that will fall apart with a new born on the way.

      I bought a brand new rv and have had several problems right from the start with the refrigerator, cable connection wire and a chair. I have tried contacting Buffalo RV to get the issues resolved and they have not been responsive or helpful. I have even called the manufacturer and the extended warranty company (extended warranty cost me an extra $3000 which they were happy to take!!) and they both said I needed to contact the dealer. I have been leaving messages and voicemails for a month. No one calls back and if they do they have no idea how they can service my rv and have to “look into it and call me back”.

      Kwikee steps failure. I purchased a $3000 extended warranty when I bought the class A RV in 20221. I had the road side service come out that also purchased and try to repair the steps and they could not repair them cost me over $500 for the service call! They needed me to contact the dealer I purchased the RV and have the steps replaced. I have attempted to call them 4 days in a row they keep telling me they are busy and will make out a ticket call call me right back 4 days no call I keep getting the same run around. Very poor communication and customer service. Not one call back in 4 days! Unable to use my camper very frustrated!

      I bought an RV from Buffalo RV 2020. I have a case # ******** I have already complained, and they stated they were willing to help but still nothing. I bought a 2013 ******* ******** when delivered to my campground nothing worked the fridge the stove and the couch was also detached from the wall. I have tried to contact company and every time in the last 2 1/2 years they say we will contact you back and no one does and when I call no one knows what's going on. I even bought the warranty and still nothing at this point I no longer want to deal with company and would like a resolution to this matter,
