For MONTHS I have been trying to schedule a service appointment. When you call their number, you get an answering service who "can't reach a service tech" and then creates a service ticket. I can only assume that this service ticket gets immediately trashed because I have MULTIPLE unanswered tickets open with them. No one ever calls me back. I even tried to bypass this inane answering service by calling their sales department - I was told they'd "personally deliver my request to the service department" - that was a month ago. It's the most frustrating!!!! [FYI - if you're not swayed by the rest of my review and want to continue to deal with these nincompoops, dial extension ***** if you want to maybe speak to a person. They don't accept messages but at least you don't have to go through the feckless answering service.] Some of the work that I need done is an NHTSA safety recall sent in a notice from ********* headquarters. Because of this, I spent 4 HOURS trying to reach a service tech, only to be told **** ******* is "confused" about their responsibility to fix this recall even though the notice is very clear. I was told they are "waiting for confirmation" from *********. Well, I took it upon myself to call ********* headquarters - spoke to someone right away who confirmed that **** ******* needs to perform the saftey check. I called **** ******* back and they basically don't believe a word I'm telling them. I have the notice IN MY HAND and will send them a photo, which of course they don't want. This company is set up to take your money and do as little to help you as possible after you drive off the lot. I should add that my purchase experience was wrought with problems (the largest being they tried to get me to take possession of my "new" van before informing me of a broken serpentine - then tried to charge me and extra $10K for a replacement van). **** ******* RV Buffalo is the WORST in all respect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I apologize you had trouble getting through to service. They did have to verify the recall since there was more than one and also order the parts which it seems has been taken care of. If I can help any further, please email me *********************************

Gerald R My wife and I purchased a 2021 ****** ***** ****** ***** Camper. The blackwater flushout leaks inside the camper when used. The shower leaks onto floor when using. The light above the dinner table doesn't work. The floor in the bathroom is coming up. There's a water leak under the bathroom vanity, can't find where it's coming from. There are three broken window blinds. The awning is electric, but I have to push on it in order to get it to roll up. They encouraged us to take a 7 yr extended warranty on this camper. I am at a seasonal site. I have no way of getting this camper to them. They said they don't do offsite repairs no more. Now what do I do? I paid for a extended warranty that's worthless. I guess I will go somewhere else if I need a new camper in the future. Now I have to find someone and pay them to fix my camper.

I purchased my ******** Bunkhouse Travel Trailer from this delearship back in September 2022, Before I made it home, I was ready to loose an axle and had one tire blow out and a second not far from doing the same due to an improperly installed axle. my right turn signal quick working due to how the wiring of the cameras I had them install on the travel trailer. Now I can't even get their general manager to return my calls. I called twice and left messages and he seems to not be concerned about customer service after the sale is done. I'd leave a negative star if it were possible at this point.

This should be a ZERO. We just spent $40,000 on a brand new camper, which was delivered June 6th, about 12 pm. We had it on our lot for only 13 hrs and the arm for the awning snapped at 2:15 am. Joe at Buffalo RV told me right away that he wanted to make it clear that because of the rain it would not be covered. It only sprinkled her til 5am then started raining hard, which at that point the arm was already broke. The picture I sent with the rain, obviously was the next morning. I wasn't about to be taking pictures in the dark at 2:15 am. Also, wouldn't they have someone look at it personally to see the extent if the damage?? They made it a point several times to tell me it probably won't be covered under warranty. They told me they don't have service people to come out . When a friend of mine from a campsite in Franklinville seen a service man working on another camper at her campsite that was from Buffalo RV she called me. I even spoke with that service man on the phone at that time he was in Franklinville. He said he didn't know why they tell people they don't have service men. On top of all this, the attempts since Tuesday morning trying to talk with someone has been absolutely horrible.. keep sending me to voice-mail, no call backs..This is so frustrating. I live in constant pain from an injury and now have to have a hip replacement. So, having to deal with all this and being treated this way is even more frustrating and very upsetting. If they were any decent business to work with and cared about their customers they would offer to fix this at their cost if the warranty don't cover this. Especially after what we spent there. It's pretty sad that everyone is just about the mighty dollar and your just a piece of crap once they got your money. I will never buy another thing or recommend anyone to them. I know a few people that I told to go to them that are all buying new campers. Well, they now know to stay away!!
