I bought two blankets on ******** live. ***** was showing blankets and ****** was in ***** buying a house and wasn't present during the show or communicating with me as a customer. ***** ******** messaged me saying he will ship my blankets on Monday. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation. On Tuesday ****** said he was shipping my blankets. I got nothing. Wednesday I got nothing. In the middle of night I texts from **** and ***** mocking me and laughing saying they will give me a refund today and more than what I paid. I attached screenshots. I want my money back. They offered me gifts and now money back which seems odd because they haven't even shipped my items. They lie say they can't refund until they are in the office which isn't true. They use ******** payment - they can issue refunds at any time. When the packages are truly packaged and labeled for shipping the customer receives notification and tracking information.Customer response

I ordered two blankets from these people. They are expensive, luxury blankets. I had one coming to my house to which I have paid shipping for, and one was going to another house at another location which I also paid separate shipping for. They sent me an email with one tracking number for one order but they never sent me the tracking number for the other order so I contacted them about it and they said that it is out for delivery on the same day as mine was. They sent both blankets to my address in one box.(which is why they only provided me with one tracking number) I have contacted them and they told me that they had shipped then both to the correct location. I sent them screenshots of the different shipping addresses. And then I asked them how I get the package to the correct location without me having to pay shipping again. They read the messages but have not responded back.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Minky Addicts regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First they say they forgot and then they say that they will do it later and that the person that does refunds is out of the country. Then they send me a screenshot of where they have filled out the stuff in order to send the refund but there was never any confirmation that it sent. It was never submitted and you can see on the screenshot that it says to notify the customer. I never got a notification and I never got a refund to my bank account so they never submitted it. I left a review and they were very defensive and rude about it. That was several days ago. I still have no refund.
