      Bought a vehicle last year 2023 its been in the shop at least 10 different times the dealership closed down , its now again in the mechanical shop and costing out of pocket i only drove it so many times i havent got a chance to drive in longer than a couple weeks at a time, i tried calling a different basil for some type of help on what to do and no one calls back no on answers ... terrible service terrible place . I do not recommend.

      Terrible car dealership! Sold me a certified preowned vehicle, had me sign the paperwork, went to go pick it up - told me it wasn’t actually certified pre owned “their mistake”, told me to buy an extended warranty if I wanted one. Since I already signed for the vehicle I was stuck. Went to bring in the vehicle for a thermostat issue, called and asked if my warranty was still good, they told me it was. I have a diagnostic reader so I told them the code. Made an appointment, went to drop it off they checked my mileage and said I’m definitely still under warranty. Called me a couple days later, told me my warranty expired! Tried charging me $150 for a diagnostic fee- was not given a diagnostic read on the vehicle, just a piece of paper with everything I had told them! Unbelievable! Do not ever go here. It will be the worst mistake. And while waiting to get my keys, a woman was standing there complaining how she just bought her vehicle less than 2 months ago and her transmission went! They told her she owes them $1200!!! 2 months of having a car. Absolutely disgusting.

      Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They sold my daughter a car 3 weeks ago and still has not delivered it. Always a excuse to why it’s not ready. This is the second time they did this to my daughter. They don’t return texts or calls. I would rather walk than ever buy from that half *** dealership.

      I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge on 01/04/23 and I have had nothing but issues from tires not being sealed, heated seats not working my battery dying ,park-aid rusted, muffler cracked, tire pressure sensor rusted . They are not covered under the warranty that they gave me without any options for a better warranty that would have covered everything . I have escalated this issue to service manger , to sale manager and now to the owner and I’m unable to get resolution what should I do ?

      Car issues, I purchased a 2013 *** ******* from this location. Since the day I bought the vehicle, I've had nothing but trouble. I have been constantly bringing my vehicle in for service. I've told the technicians what the problem was but they couldn't fix it until they exhausted all other options. Today I was handed a service bulletin of the problem and told to take my vehicle to a ** "offical" dealer and they would resolve my issue. Only to find out that the bulletin had expired all while I had been doing the oil checks they required. Now even with a engine warranty on the vehicle, they are trying to pass the cost on to me.

      I purchased my vehicle a 2018 ******* ****** in October 2021. I have had nothing but issues ever since. I recently took my truck in for repair at the ******* dealer on 10/21/2022, due lack of acceleration which leads to stuttering that I have literally complained about since my purchase!! In addition, the ******* dealer informed me I was sold this piece of trash with rusted brakes! I have not received a call back from the service Manager Sal, and I am furious!! I will be seeking legal action because this is unbelievably unacceptable.

      Car issues and they are not being stand up service representatives I purchase an 2017 ********* **** and it had issues after purchasing I was assured that any problems would be addressed due to my owe inspection under the hood of the vehicle i noticed white residue build up around the engine which the sale men said it just needs to be detail upon driving my vehicle an oder was coming up into the compartment. I took it into service and the diagnosed problem was to be a leaking Turbo line and it would take 2 weeks for the parts to come in so they just sanitized the cabin to stop the smell two weeks went by and I had to call the service department to get the car fixed after and heated debate about the warranty I was able to get my car fixed and it was ready for pickup as I pick my car up I noticed a loud ticking noise coming from the engine and had service come to investigate the noise they told me it was coming from a carbon connection and it would be addressed on the next Oil Change driving my car for 2 weeks the check engine light came on and the display monitor in the car keep resetting itself on the time and date this is another issue that will take time and loss of money to be resolved
