      My first revision of my book was with Proisle Publishing, 12/2021. They did a great job creating a new cover. However, to date I have not received royalties, though I know people have purchased copies. I receive no updates regarding my book. I have not received a sales report. I have received calls from Proisle requesting permission to allow my book to be sold at various book shows. I did not give them my approval because they would get paid from my book not me. ***********************, author said "when someone shows you who they are believe them". Proisle has shown me how they about me. I paid $2,500 for publishing 1st revision and $407.25 when I requested 50 copies of my book. I agree with the authors who have filed complaints. It is a shame these people take advantage of authors wanting to get their story to the public. Through the process there was an issue with money taken from my account, it was returned. I don't expect to get anything free, and I know that this was an investment me. they made promises they did not keep. I would not recommend this company. Sadly, Proisle Publishing is not the only publishing company that have lied to authors. It's unfortunate they consciously lie to us, but God is watching. I give them 1 star for my book cover.

      This company must pay the consequences for what they have done to good paying trusting customers!I spent money on a contract to republish my book that was suppose to include Amazon upload, audiobook, books store sales, the list goes on in contract.In the beginning when they wanted the money they responded.In the end, the book never got on Amazon and they blamed Amazon in an email. This was a lie. Amazon told me they publishing company never uploaded the cover.The phone number is a fraud. No one answers or returns calls and this one girl "***" is the only person who responds sporatically on email with no definitive answer to any specific question- just it's an Amazon issue.There is absolutely no response to anything in contract. It is like the company dissappeared or never existed!This MUST be investigated by BBB and legal in ******** and consequences implemented to this company.This is my book - a like work of pride and joy - how could this be allowed to go on without consequences. Compensation must be made to victims.*****************

      ******** published two of my books. To date I have never seen a sales report. There is no means for royalty payments set up. They Literally kidnapped my work and I as the author have no recourse. What ever publicity I do they reap any and all rewards. Beware. I am about ***** into the process. They talked me into a screen play with all of this blown up connections. Everyday they wanted more money. I felt like I was keeping their company afloat with my investment.

      I wish that I could give no stars. This company must train their so called "customer service agents" from a gang handbook. These people will not listen to you when you speak. I told (****** *****) ex.5****, that I did not have the money to use their company and he refused to let it/me go, which I consider borderline harassment. He called my number at all times of the day and night sometimes within minutes of his last call. One day I received 8 calls within 2 hours and had 2 voicemails pleading with me to call him back because he had talked to someone and secured me a "better deal," which was the same deal as before. He has clogged up my professional email with his continued pleading emails. I've had agents before and have never been perused with such disregard as I'm experiencing with this individual and company. I have blocked his email addresses and other contact information. I will also be calling Amazon.com, which he said that he got my information in the first place from. I will be filing a complaint there as well. DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT-let this company contact you. They will not let you refuse their advances, nor will they leave you in peace. Block them as soon as you realize who they are. If they say they are with PROISLE PUBLISHING SERVICES LLC--RUN, after hanging up on them!! No one should be treated this way!! I'm disabled and I just released my autobiography. There's no money left in the piggy bank and I don't have a backer. I'm getting really tired of talking about this rancid company and their employees, so I will end it here. If you haven't gotten the message about them yet. Your as numb as the ear that I use on the phone. I wish I could put them out of business. I'm not giving up either.
