    This is ridiculous. I was giving these vacation vouchers out to my clients not realizing how bad the offer actually was. $100 processing fee. Months and months of waiting and contacting. 1 year later they send a 7 day "condo" which is really a hotel room for $700. I looked it up and it was $800 without using their "discount". Tried changing destinations and they were all similar. $100-200 off a $600-900 vacation. ***** told me the deals were worth ********* over the phone.

    Back on Aug 23 , 2023.The client purchased our "Choose Your Getaway" Travel incentive vouchers.Ths popular travel voucher provides a choice to the recipient of choosing one of the three vacation offers.Any travel voucher from any incentive company comes with "out of pocket "expemses and with Sunrise Premiums, they are highly discounted. 14 months after this purchase the client is claiming an issue.The allegations are totally eroneous and have no ******.Our past history dating back since 2011 a spectactular, clean, high credibie profile exists. Sunrise Premiums being a family operation extends a great visibiity path of customer care and concern with over ***** clients served and never have received an allegation as such. Shoud the client want clarification we are very open for them to contact me personally and hopefully provide a substantial and agreebale outcome. Thats the type of company we are, customer oriented in every way.

    Our travel company has been working with Sunrise Premiums for 9 years. Sunrise Travel Incentive Certificates are an effective component of our companys marketing and sales strategy. The brochures are high quality printing and include several great options for hotel and condo getaways or cruises. Their sales and travel-fulfillment teams are easy to work with. They are professional and responsive to any questions. Great value for the money!

    Their incentives work and they have great customer service. If there is a problem they work with you quickly to get the issue resolved. Sunrise Premiums care about their consumers and also the end user to make sure everything goes smoothly!
