    NO EXCUSE for this MANY *************** WHY ME! There was Squiggly hair in the paint,multiple nicks, rust showing, multiple ************ of paint, scratches & clumps. I took 18 PICS of every 18 flaws! This is NOT how you give the customer back their vehicle! It was returned dirty inside I did not bring it their dirty. They said they vacuumed it. Vacuuming it doesnt remove dirty marks. Older gentleman was nice at first then TURNED on me & RUDE AS heck! ****, belittling me in front of workers telling me Im making HIM angry because of paint color issue. NO ONE should be humiliated in front of workers. I was in tears & went into the office where his son & a lady were at & I said I REFUSE to be treated how hes treating me & in front of workers. When I first got there, I was like oh cool look at my vehicle. Until I went up close to it & started to notice flaws. I said something right away & took my vehicle back twice because the paint was sagging with drips on driver side front fender, took it back & its still there,they brought it back again its still there, he told me I didnt get the package where you would have to pay $1000 & we would get the particles out. no way that a blowing out or some kind of package thing of $1000 would take out squiggly hair & drag lines of paint so then I proceeded to look over the WHOLE entire Jeep & seen all these flaws. I said whats this, whats that? He said you didnt get the $1000 package where it would take out. NO way these would take those out they are scratches & hair in the ************ showing. I mean the pictures were taken a day after I got it from them. Son said I could bring it back in 30 days and they could fix this, but not fix everything they would only fix like the sagging paint & little marks. I turned my vehicle in on Tuesday did not get it back til the next following Thursday. rented a car got charged for 10 days and $900. told my vehicle would be done on Monday or *************** done til Thursday morning. D-
