    This is what happened to me at Rad Air Merriman Valley on Friday, April 12th. I arrived at the shop at 8 am, which was perfect since I work at 9. *** (front desk) wanted to have a technician hear the noise that was rattling. Tech 1 drives my car around the area, since I’m not familiar. Tech 1 hits a pothole. I have a flat tire -front left. No spare. Call shop x 5 & *** answers, tech 1 tells *** what to send w/ tech 2 (3 different things) for tech 2 to drive over & help us. Tech 2 shows up with 1 piece of equipment that we can’t even use. Tech 1 then drives my car to the shop with a flat. I go to use the loaner they’ve offered (did not have to sign any paperwork, which I thought was weird) & there was 13 miles left of gas. I did not end up getting to work until 9:30 am which is very frustrating as I had to take 30 minutes non PTO time. I didn’t get a call that day which I had requested at lunch. I did stop by after work that same day & *** says he think it’s struts, and will call me Monday and that they’re working on the tire also. I call Monday & now *** is recommending I get the other 3 tires done because my tread is “low” but I deny because of what has already happened, I don’t trust them. I go to the shop after work Monday to pick up my vehicle & *** is still offering me to get my tires done, after already asking me once earlier. When I checked the receipt they ended up only doing an oil change but not a tire rotation because they replaced the tire that the technician blew for free; They didn’t run diagnostic testing which is what I had requested in the first place with my oil change. *** said the noise was completely fixed & that they tightened the heat shields. I still have the noise. They didn’t update my diagnostics after the oil change on my dashboard. I filled out a survey after I got my car back & did NOT want a response or to hear from them again & I got a text from ***. This place is unprofessional & I think needs some sort of help, not sure what though.

    I took my ****** Pathfinder in because my blower fan stop working. I told them this when I walked in and wanted to get a quote. The guy at the desk told me that it would take some time because they would have to tear apart the dashboard and leave it with them and that they would let me know within a hour. A hour and a half later they called me with a quote stated that it would be over $800 to fix it. This prompted me to do research and I found out, of course after paying the $150 diagnostic fee, that the part that I needed was $57 and the blower motor was located under the dashboard on the passenger side and was only connected by 3 bolts. This place is a bad deal and will definitely rip you off. Take it from a guy that paid a $150 stupid tax. I was completely lied to "take apart the whole dashboard".
