I visit this Circle K store several times a week. 11/12/24, at 7:20pm. There wasn't anyone behind the counter or anywhere within the store that I could see. I waited for several minutes. I heard voices chatting at the in-store *********. I waited a few more minutes before walking back to ask if anyone was working. The *** says "I don't know. Let me check." Suddenly, a *** appears. He was carrying some cardboard. I ask, "Do you work here?" He got very angry and aggressive in a very threatening tone, He yells at me, "Did you ever think that I could be doing something else? I have other things to do besides be up front! What do you want?!" I said, "I'm here to purchase something and no one was at the counter." He shouts" I don't care what you want! I'm busy with other things!" I said "Well, you should be doing your job!". He says " You know, you can just go somewhere else! Get out of here!! Goodbye!" I couldn't believe the rude, disrespectful and threatening behavior I had just experienced in this store! Or any store for that matter! This *** also refused to give me his name. He was heavy set with light short hair. Another customer walks in and he talks right over me and asks the other person what they want. He just tells me to "GET OUT! He refused to sell me anything!" He just kept saying "GOODBYE! GOODBYE!" I simply went to another store! I will NEVER come to this store again. I felt physically threatened and I was verbally assaulted by this employee. This employee is the most rude, aggressive and threatening person I have ever encountered in a customer service job. It won't be long before he gets angry at another customer for whatever reason or problem, he has with the people who patronize this Circle K Store and verbally attacks or threatens another customer for expecting an employed cashier to help customers purchase items in this store. He has serious anger issues!

Multiple times multiple employees have tried to double charge items. They then proceed to tell me in their exact words the same thing 'their system has an error when I put in membership's when really they target me because I don't pay taxes and work like a slave to their system.

I think Circle K needs to find better policies when dealing with there Loyal Customers that come in everyday,,,, literally I never felt so discriminated against in my life. I fell like the women in that store get a laugh out of not selling me my cigarettes.. So I literally live 2 seconds away from a store for over ten years.,Im a single mother of 4 and we go there all the time. So these people have seen me on my worst days and my best.. Latley they have been IDing people and thats fine. I get it. But sometimes I be running late or moving to fast, or overwhelmed and I forgot my ID and these same people that know Im old enough that have seen my Id over 15 million times, that know my kids(from being loyal customers at their store) will not Give a Professional Courtesy. And then will laugh at you or get rude and nasty with you. It just seems unreal to me. I have been in the customer service business for a long time. If I can make a loyal customers life easier over a small technicality that I know they have. I know they are legally old enough. Im going solve the issue for them and let them go about there day.. I mean is that type of professional courtesy no longer exist I literally tell people Im Cirle Ks neighbor and look how they do me. Smh

Our *************** had spoken to the customer prior to this complaint and she did not believe we have to enforce our card all policy we have in some stores and that we should let her slide when she forgets her ID. I apologized that if I let it slide for one it doesnt help enforce the policy. We strive to stay a responsible retailer keeping restricted items out of hands of minors. She did not like my response hung up and said she would be calling BBB.

Their ******** ** gas station refuses customer access to rest rooms which breaks the "Restroom Access Act" in **. Their reason, they do not want to clean the bathrooms. The company advertises their "sparkling clean rest rooms" (That's because no can use them!!!!!)

Winthrop, ***** 7:30 p.m March 23rd. Whomever works this shift is complete garbage or lazy. Propane is outside in caged containers, and my wife asked staff to do a swap. This person working denied her stating that she is the only one on and cannot leave the store. REALLY? So why do they smoke outside on their breaks or when no one is in the store? looks to me like that is the same f****** thing. So how is it legal to sell something and not be able to provide it. If this is the case then I am pretty sure they need to have 2 people on shift at ALL times. Not only this but I have been trying to call the store for a half hour now and the phone line has still been busy..... Hmmmm sounds pretty f****** LAZY if you ask me. If you do not like your job or do not want to work for the money that you get paid then go somewhere else you piece or garbage. I need to find an answer to this problem since the they are not apart of the BBB. Can anyone help me? ( note: my wife went there with our 3 kids to get propane to **** dinner tonight on the grill)
