I started using Tepus Lawn Care in October, 2022 for lawn car and maintenance. We discussed, in detail, what needed to be done in my yard, defining just normal care. That included, mowing, flower bed border trimming/weed eating, driveway and patio weed eating, water drain weed eating (6 drains) and garage weed eating. I specifically stressed to ****** that the weed eating required had to be done weekly. I told him that I was looking for someone who would, first of all, show up weekly to do the job. We agreed that I had no preference for certain days, I just needed them to be reliable in showing up. I also asked him to send a text to let me know when he would arrive to do the job so that I could do my flower bed maintenance and not interfere with his work. ****** assured me he could satisfy my needs and requirements for my lawn maintenance and we agreed to enter into a verbal agreement for his services. He started maintaining my yard in April, 2023 and initially dis a good job but needed reminders from me on the drain and flowerbed weed eating. That was resolved until her brought a new family member into his business to do the weed eating/edging. The first time I contacted ****** to express my dissatisfaction with the weed eating he told me he knew the guy wasn’t doing a good job and he would talk to him. This turned into a weekly text talk with A drew about the fact that the guy doing the weed eating wasn’t doing the drains or flowerbeds. He kept telling me that he would get the issue resolved but never accomplished that. At that point I decided I would finish the season with Tepus but would look for someone who could actually satisfy my yard maintenance needs the following year. ****** and I parted ways in October/November 2023. In early March 2024 my niece, her fiancé and I were walking around the garage looking at a water issue. My nieces fiancé called my attention to the damage that had been done to garage siding by reckless weed eating.
