      Signed contract February 29, 2024 for insurance work damages to my house and garage. ABC Roofing stated the needed the moneys sent by insurance company to start work, money totaled $11,666.04. ABC Roofing stated that the work would start 2 weeks after the contract was signed 2/29/2024, two weeks went by no work. I contacted ABC Roofing and the total me it would be two more weeks as they were running behind, I contacted them again same answer call a 3 time, 4 time and then ABC Roofing would not return my calls. This went on for about 6 to 8 months after I finally got ahold of someone and told them if they could not do work please let me know and send money back the person was very rude and said they were just the answering service. As of April 2025 I ended up filling a Police Report and was told the ABC Roofings Lawyer stated they did not have any money to do work nor pay anyone back money ABC Roofing received from clients.

      I hired ABC Roofing in June to repair leaks on my Spanish tile roof. I paid in full, they repaired, but it rained the next day and the underpayment did not dry so it still leaked. I found another leak in my house and paid them to fix leaks. The leaks caused mold in my garage ceiling, paid them to mitigate the mold and repair the drywall. The final came out right before Thanksgiving 2024 to repair leaking, but again it rained and the leaks were not repaired. It was under warranty, they told me to call them when it is above 50 degrees and snow was completely off the roof. I called two weeks ago. The owner ***** **** called me back telling me there are other leaks and he would give me a good deal to fix. That is without coming over to look at my roof to determine they were the original leaks. I do not want this company to fix anything and I’m requesting my money back which I have paid them $24,300.

      Signed a contract on 6/6/2024 for siding replacement on my house. Paid $4460 down and sales rep said would be done in 4-6 weeks. Called and left messages with no response for months, finally answered and said he no longer works for ABC. The sales rep that took over gave me start date for September 9th, but of course got no response and no show and I kept calling both the rep and office for months and no response until the rep finally answered and said he no longer works for ABC also. When calling the office you can only leave a message but they have never called back and stopping by the office does no good because there is nobody there, sign on door said you need an appointment can’t get an appointment if they don’t call you back. Just want my money refunded!

      Date of payment by insurance check from ***** **** for garage rebuild after total loss from fire. 26,197.00, check was cashed in April of 2024. Initial contact was ***** *****- was told owner's name was ***** with no last name provided. Promised that new garage would be built by June of 2024, as of today November 23, 2024, they are avoiding calls and texts and no work at all has been done. I have contacted them requesting money be returned and they are ignoring my request claiming that they will have a crew come the following Monday morning to begin but never make good on promise. They have not responded to calls and texts and refuse to resolve the issues and lie claiming workers will come, but never show up.

      Paid them to fix the roof Their employees ***** came and said he fixed it and charged me 1,550$ After he left I checked the roof and found out that it was not fixed Called ***** multiple titimes and he promised to come back and fix it he never did I have all his text messages where he admitted that the job was not done

      Entering into a contract for a new roof on or around June 18, 2024. The repairs were scheduled to start a few weeks later. I paid a deposit of $5625 which was cashed by the owner ***** ****. I haven't heard from them since. I have called the service manager and the main company office in Copley at least once per week. No one is returning my calls.

      Back in June, I had signed a contract with this company to fix my roof. Paid an upfront cost of $3500, and was told that it would be done with a month. Several months go by with no response to my calls. Eventually had to move forward with another company to fix my roof. I just want my funds returned, so that I can pay off what remains to the other company.

      5/15/23 transaction, $1,150.00. Repair chimney flashing. (5 year labor warranty). Remove existing flashing, rebuild flashing, lay shingles back down over flashing closest to the wheep holes by the ridge to prevent leaking. Salesman stated they would repaint ceiling from the previous leak. They brought the paint, never painted it. I called several times since September 16th 2024, spoke to ***** *******, but has not yet sent anyone out. The hall ceiling now show drops of water that has leaked through.

      I contracted with ABC Roofing to complete the replacement of my roof and two sides of the siding on my house on May 8, 2024. At which time I put down a deposit for the services, approximately $15,000 in total, and they stated that this would be completed within 3 weeks. Since then ABC has missed the scheduled install twice and I have not been able to get in contact with them since July. I have contacted the company by phone and the owner of the company directly numerous times a week for the last 3 months, with no response. My contract does state, if not complete by 9/27/2024 then a full refund will be given.

      Please see attache for the contract for the roof and the contract for the siding. The downpayment on the roof was $8,662.50 and the downpayment for siding was $6277.41. No work has been done and the owner has not communicated with me despite numerous attempts.

      I hired ABC Roofing to fix some wind damaged siding and replace a small section of roof in June 2024. When the new siding didn't match the old, my insurance company authorized the replacement of the remaining siding to match. On 6/6/2024 I gave them a check for $13,610.59 to order the rest of the siding, something they said would take a few weeks. I followed up with my salesperson multiple times over the next 2 months with no replies. Finally, in September, I began to pursue this more seriously, calling almost daily to get the work scheduled. They finally blocked my number (or I assume they did, my calls don't go through anymore) so I had to start calling from other phones. The person who I spoke with, ***, says he will pass on the message, but refuses to escalate the call and insists that he has no way of getting in touch with management. And they haven't called me back after at least a dozen calls.
