      Will never use them again Work not done Tried to call no response Complaint filed with Ohio attorney general for consumer fraud on elderly Have txt from their worker admitting that the work was not done and he refused to come and do the job I paid them for

      Actually Zero stars. ABC roofing has $10,000 of my money and fails to call back to discuss product selection, scheduling, and now cancellation of the agreement. Contracted and paid 50% down on 3/11/2024, was told scheduling would happen at the end of April or beginning of May. After no calls to schedule, I began calling both the office and the representative who gave me his business card, with zero calls back. After calling and stating that I would be in the next day to pick up my deposit, the representative finally called back, from a phone number that came up on caller ID as rekovery, *** which of course I did not answer. He did not leave a message, but I called back anyhow and I STILL did not receive a call back. I have called almost daily, not a soul returns my calls. I feel sorry for the answering service gentleman, as Im sure hes tired of hearing from me but has no control over the terrible business conducted at the office. At this point, all I want is my down payment back. 10/10 do not recommend. If you choose to use this company, be prepared for small claims.

      I have been trying to reach someone since May 2023 to have my roof fixed from a previous job I had done by ABC roofing. I went with ABC roofing because they warranty their work. Since they installed my balcony roof I have been experiencing water leaks during rain and snow season. Damage has progressively gotten worse since the issue has not been resolved. I had called multiple times and had multiple people come out to check the damage. Someone even came to my residence to caulk where they thought water was coming in as a temporary solution till they can come and install a new roof. Unfortunately water is still making its way in. It is sad I am always calling and text messaging the people that reach out but they just ignore my calls and are deliberately ignoring me. I am being forgotten and no one has come out to address my roof issues. I have also went out of my way to get a new estimate in hopes that I will finally get someone to do the work. I will also like to add that they never even fix the original issues I had with my old roof. I had water collecting since my roof is flat and I let them know I would like that address and find a solution as well as replacing the soft spots I had. Needless to say that wasnt fixed in the original job they did. I have been more than patient with them giving them plenty of time to fix my roof and it is soon to be  April 2024 almost a year of me calling and trying to get someone to fix my roof. Beware they forget about their clients and ignore their needs. They are not professional and ones they collect their money they dont come back to fix anything that falls under warranty.

      We hired ABC roofing to replace our siding, fascia, soffits, gutters and downspouts back in September of 2023. After having less than an ideal experience with ABC Roofing for the past 5 months, we were very surprised to end our relationship with the company on a positive note. As soon as ****** took over our project we received constant communication and felt reassurance for the first time in months our project was finally in good hands. ****** kept us in the loop every step of the way from when our material was ordered to the second our job was done. Our materials were delivered on a Monday, and progress on our house started the very next morning. The crew worked from morning until night for the following week, even came out on a Sunday after weather prevented them from working that Thursday. The crew did a phenomenal job, and our house looks brand new. ****** and his crew get 5 stars.

      My 70 year old mother on 5/26/23 pay $400 for tart to put on a roof no reply. or tarp 3 months later.. shame on ABC roofing for taking advantage of a senior citizen we have a sign receipt from the company for $400 company block calls and did not call back
