      Today, Wednesday, September 7, 2023, I was looking at a website regarding vitamins. I was interested and up popped a discount on a single bottle making it 19.95 plus 6.95 shipping. I filled in The form hit submit and it was 41.90. I was shocked! Then angry, I had been had! I immediately called, got their answering service. I explained to the woman what happened and she told me she would get the message to them immediately and I would receive a the call back today. At the same time once I was finished with my phone call, I emailed Customer Service telling them the same thing and asking them to please call me and asked for help to get this matter cleared up. I have neither received an email or a phone call. I did call my bank and it was too late to stop the processing so I need your help to get my money back. I see you’ve dealt with this company before and know how to deal with this company. Please help me get my money back. I do not want any product! Thank you .

      Paid $149.95 Says no hassle guarantee but their only offering %30 back according to management and 75% back according to the ones who first take your call. Or full refund minus restock fee and i pay return shipping cost. Purchased October 27,2022 so I’m in the 90 day return window. I hope you can somehow shut this business down.

      I returned two bottles of vitamins for a full refund but I have not received my refund. The product was received by Supreme Organics on 10/6/22. Two weeks after they received the returned product, I attempted to contact them multiple times regarding the return but I receive any communication. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company (********) in which they were contacting them for their input. Once Supreme Organics received *********s dispute on by behalf, Supreme Organics reached out to me apologizing for the delay in communication and that they couldn’t refund me the full price since I disputed the charge unless I withdrew the dispute. I then withdrew the dispute on October 24th and according to ********, Supreme organics has not followed protocol to receive their money back, in return refunding me. I’ve attempted multiple times to speak to someone directly by calling their Customer Service number at 833-935-7877 but I was told I would receive a call back.

      Hey *******r,
      This is ******* with Supreme Organics, in regard to one of our customers ***** ******. He complained of not being refunded. I did speak to this customer on Monday, November 28th. His charges were disputed with his bank for the longest time, so we were not able to issue the refund until those charges were lifted or settled with his bank. He was made aware of this about a month ago, and stated to me that we would just have to wait for the disputes to be settled. Those finally settled on November 26th, and I was able to refund him on November 28th. He is well, and appreciative, and no longer wishes to keep the complaint.

      I bought ultraEar from supreme organic in May and I have been taking the product every day as instructed and it hasn’t worked I’ve been calling and they told me try taking to a day instead of one and maybe it’ll work I did that and here we are in July and nothings worked and by calling him since June to tell him that the product hasn’t been working they are not returning my calls it’s a third-party that answers and takes your messages and send it over to them and they’re supposed to return your calls and since June nobody has returned my calls and I’ve called every week and still no callbacks. I think they’re a scam I paid them $119.85 for three bottles of their product I’m very disappointed that they have not returned my calls as a 90 day product warranty and I have gotten onto read the reviews about the company and so far nobody has been able to get any return calls and their product is no good and they are scams is what they call it and that’s what I’m calling it to you you’re scammers. It’s a shame that they charge you that kind of money and make it to be a 90 day warranty and here I’m still in the 90 days of being able to get my money back and they have yet to send me a return label so I can send them the rest of the product , all I want is my money back and never ever buy from them again and hopefully nobody will buy from them either.

      Order #***** on February 07, 2022. Offering and advertising 90-day money back guarantee if not satisfied with product. I'm not and there is no way to contact these people. The website provides no information, no way to request a refund, no chat, no customer service whatsoever.
