      Blue Vista (Miguel) charged me for another year's worth of security deposit ($103) through a 3rd party provider called ***** even though I moved out in Dec of 2023 with 30-day notice as required given I was on a month-to-month leave from the previous landlord (never signed a lease with Blue Vista). I called and spoke with Miguel who claimed he needed to look to see who denied it (even though ***** states it was him and he is the only one in charge of everything). After days of no response I began calling, time after time, I finally tried calling with my work # and what do you know? They answered right away - they had been dodging my calls.. the person who answered must have been an assistant and of course, said "Miguel is in a meeting". I want them to approve my refund through ***** as the $103 security deposit that renews on 7/1/24 and I was charged for doesn't apply given I moved out in Dec 2023 and already had a deposit that ran through 6/30/24 (see screenshot) I also cannot even remove my card from ***** because of this issue so I have no control of money coming and going from an account because of this issue which is just insane.

      According to the lease agreement. There is an option to pay a deposit OR ***** insurance. Last year, I opt in for ***** insurance it was the more affordable route. I was verbally told to that I can do ***** ($2392) or double security deposit ($2600). After carefully reading the lease agreement, I discovered ***** is in lieu of a security deposit. I am being harassed to renew ***** insurance 60-90 days prior to the coverage end date when that is not stated in the lease. Although I have active coverage, I am being threatened to vacate the premises for not having coverage, although I do. This year ***** is $3500 and I cannot afford that, and they don't have an option to do monthly, so I explained to the properties manager that I will pay the deposit but they are making me pay a double deposit even though "double" security deposit isn't written in the lease agreement. Please advice. Thanks

      My 6-month lease with Blue Vista Realty Property Management LLC Ended on April 30th, 2024. I moved out of the studio apartment on April 26, 2024, leaving the apartment clean and in the same condition as when I moved in (I have time/date stamped photos). Blue Vista Realty partners with ***** *** **** *** to provide Security Deposit Insurance. On April 2, 2024, I requested to terminate the security deposit insurance with ***** due to lease expiration and move out. ***** notified Blue Vista Realty within the last 30 days.Blue Vista Realty refuse to end the Security Deposit agreement in order to keep responsible for any damages to the apartment after I have moved out and in order to negatively impact my credit score. Please, please, please contact me because along with the move out property condition photos I have other information showing that Blue Vista Property Management LLC did not honor its responsibility of the 6-month lease agreement.

      This business is a fraud and scam. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I put in a application almost 2 weeks ago and was told I'd receive a response in 2-3days. Nothing. I've called, left messages, left emails etc. No response. I oaid money for a back ground check and they will take your money and never speak to you again I've talked to the leasing manager over text, I was told that Miguel went out of town so he wasn't able to respond. When he got back, still nothing. Nothing at all. The leasing manager, the Indian man, very unprofessional. He asked me did I have a boyfriend and would I be living alone. Weird and made me very uncomfortable! He's texted me very late at night asking me on a date. He hugged me very inappropriately and tried to feel my breast. Very unprofessional place and so many reviews have stated this issue and more. They're fraudulent and are stealing people's money.

      My family and I are relocating to morrow and found a property for lease for $2200. They accepted our applications and we proceed with the security deposit on January 31 of 2024. Miguel property manager of blue Vista Realty told me that I will have to submit my security deposit through *****. he said that is the only way they take security deposits, and it is refundable which I have in writing. I went ahead and paid 1903 what they quoted me in a full amount to the company. After receiving the confirmation, I received the agreement stating that it was a security deposit insurance . The premium, that I paid of 1903 is non-refundable. I told Miguel that I do not wish to proceed and I would like to cancel that policy premium and give him a security deposit. Instead, he told me that he would not do that. He also denied my refund. I told him that I did not want to proceed with the lease signing. I informed him over email and text message and voicemail that we will not be moving in and not sign the lease. They also stated that they will be filing a claim against me. Claims can only be filed if I am a resident of a property which I am not. They are withholding over $1900 from me and my family and preventing us to move into another house. I would like my money back and this resolved.

      On November 8 2023 I went on a tour for and apartment and I looked at 3 apartment the first one was trash with a cat in the front then I went to the second apartment there were trash in the front and then I went to last the apartment I like it so when I got home to apply and they said it's going to be a 40 dollar application fee I paid they strung me along for week just to deny me they hung up on me would not call me back this is the worst company ever

      i am trying to get information regarding the deposit of $500 and rent of $825 for and why it has not been mailed to yet. I was told on March 7th that these would be returned within 30 days. Can you please send it to **** **** *** ********** **** 45212? I used to live at **** ******** *** *** ** and everyone was forced to move by the city. The city said it was unlivable due to condition of the building. I moved out March 6. After paying March’s rent. I was told not to worry I would get my money back.Please give me back my **** dollars. I called and spoke to Ana and **** and **** the maintenance guy and no one has called me back. I left several messages to no avail. Please help.

      In November, the property management changed from Blue Vista to another company. I was not made aware of the change in the rent portal, so my November rent went to Blue Vista and not the current people. I soon got a notice on my door that I had to pay rent or face eviction, even though I had already paid. I ended up paying rent twice in November, once to Blue Vista, and once to the new people. I've been trying to contact Blue Vista for months about this to get my money back, and the new people, Cres, have told me they won't do anything to assist
