      they keep letting people in that dont have no respect for the Neighbors this is the 3rd time 2023 Late 2024 and now 2025 residents have move in with barking dogs they leave outside to get my Neighbors and me we cant sleep this dog and has been barking all day long and all night till 100 am to 200am in Zero weather cold and he is Aggressive dog then back outside for the rest of the day police take all day to come and want us to call SPCA they are hard to reach the owners know this i have called and lots of my Neighbors have to the Blue Vista Property Management dont care the house is **************** they are the ones with the dog we told them but its back and Fourth just want some peace but we dont get it Slum land lords all they want is the money

      I moved in 5 days ago to this roach infested house. They cleaned it up enough so I wouldn't notice during my tour. I notified them of the roaches and spoke to the manager on the phone several times and mentioned that I was bringing an exterminator here for a free quote. He kept asking if I'd paid the exterminator yet, which I hadn't, then after the free inspection I paid them and the next time I spoke to management he asked me again if I'd paid. I said yes and I want reimbursement for it and that is when he decided to tell me they can't reimburse me because they have a pest company under contract. He waited until I'd spent my own money fixing their problem to then inform me they have a company (which they should have hired this "company" long before I even moved in! But instead they just set off bug bombs a few weeks before I moved in which the exterminator documented with photographs for my records to prove they knew about the infestation). I will also have to hire a biohazard team to clean the property after the extermination is completed. Now they are trying to tell me that I owe them pet fees for my medical alert service dog! Anyone with half a brain cell knows you can't charge pet fees for service animals. There is so much I'd like to say here but I only have 2k characters to use. Just DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Calling them slumlords would be too kind. They are all pathetic excuses for human beings. They trap low income families in roach infested homes with no money or resources to do anything about it. Someone please TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN! I rarely leave bad reviews. This may actually be the first bad review I've ever left! I am a very sweet, kind and understanding person but I have lost my cool on them several times and feel zero regret or guilt in any of it. THEY ARE ALL TRASH! They pray on the penniless and uneducated. They should all be in jail! I repeat, do not rent here! Being homeless would be better than dealing with them and that's not an exaggeration!

      I was rejected in less than 24 hr I was told they would send a email with information why never received a thing.They rejected my application for no reason at all .they Had terrible communication and they hung the phone up on me . I left messages a few times then my number was blocked they were so unprofessional
