  First time homebuyer. The team was very helpful and very thorough. They were patien and answered whatever questions I had, even if I asked the same one multiple times. It was an incredibly smooth process, and they made it much less overwhelming than I expected it would be.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Working with Samir, Destinee, and the incredible team at CREFCO Financial Group was nothing short of life-changing. I was able to purchase my very first home—something that felt nearly impossible just weeks prior—because of their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. Before finding CREFCO, I had been denied by other major lenders, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that bias played a role in their decision-making. As a young Black woman navigating this space alone, I felt discouraged and overlooked. But I wasn’t ready to give up. I turned to ****** to educate myself, and that’s where I discovered Samir’s videos. His transparency and passion for helping people inspired me to reach out—and it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment we connected, Samir and the CREFCO team treated me with the respect, patience, and urgency I needed. Despite the challenges that came up (especially on the lender side), they never wavered. They held my hand through every single step, even working diligently through the holiday season when most people are off. That level of commitment cannot be overstated. I applied for the loan on December 26th, and by January 24th, I was sitting at the closing table. Less than 30 days. No real estate agent involved. That’s how efficient, determined, and aligned this team was. They made what should have been a stressful process feel achievable and empowering. What also stood out was how Samir didn’t just want to get the job done—he took the time to educate me. I walked away with more than keys to my new home; I gained a new level of confidence, financial knowledge, and trust in the process. That is invaluable. I will recommend CREFCO a million times over.   I am very thankful for Darlene, Destinee and the rest of the CREFCO group. The process to purchase a home can be overwhelming, even scary at times, but they can explain the process well and calm concerns. They also are very experienced and knowledgeable of the trade, which allows them to redirect the purchase to move forward when you might think you have hit a wall. I am lucky and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them. I am sure anyone reading this will have a great experience by choosing CREFCO. Thank you for helping me! Have a beautiful day!

  Samir is hands-down, one of the best people to work with. He walked me through every step of the way he was patient and knowledgeable. I literally had zero trouble from start to finish. This is my second loan I’ve worked through with him and I would recommend him to anybody. I have not one bad thing to say only great things. Nothing was missed every T crossed every I doubt it if you want to have your loan downright, you definitely want to go through Crefco financial.

  Samir and his team are simply the best. From the screening application to closing our new house CREFCO was there to make sure things were going smoothly and that we fully understood each step as it was occurring. I know this sounds like an ad but seriously they made the process nearly frictionless and very approachable. My wife and I are (were) scared and confused first time home buyers and now we own a house-- Something we never thought would happen and it wouldn't have happened without CREFCO

  Working with Crefco was great. Darleen and her team were excellent and professional. Any questions were answered when we asked. They treated us with respect and not dumb people out looking for something they can’t afford. Darleen had our spending limit for us before we even started looking. And they helped us with every question about places we were looking at. I would recommend CREFCO to everyone looking to buy a house. Between her, her team, and our realtor ( which by the way Darleen provided) was the best experience you could have in buying a home. Thank you to the whole team.

  Awesome experience working with Samir and company at Crefco. They went above and beyond with our home buying experience. They are amazing. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I highly recommend Samir and company and if we have to go through another mortgage will use only them

Originally, we struggled to get approved to buy a home, but luckily we were referred to Samir and his team by Rocket Mortgage. From the start, they made the process smooth and stress-free. I felt supported and informed every step of the way. I closed on my home having to put down less than I originally thought! I can’t thank them enough.
