    I paid a $200.00 deposit to this establishment to hold an apartment. They never once returned calls or e-mails to me regarding anything in the whole process and I was denied the apartment. I want my deposit back.

    ON SEPT. 3, 2023 I SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR AN APARTMENT TO COLONY CLUB APARTMENTS, I GOT A CALL FROM A SARAH S****** THAT I WAS APPROVED BUT I MUST SUBMIT MY APPLICATION FEE $50.00 AND A $200.00 TO SECURE A APARTMEN SO I SUBMITTED IT ON SEPT 6, 2023 TOLD TO SIGN THE LEASE AFEW DAYS LATER AND I DID, SHORTLY AFTER THAT I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OF THE APARTMENT I WOULD BE GETTING, SO I WENT TO SEE THE APARTMENT ON SEPT 13, 2023 MY MOVE-IN DATE WAS FOR OCT. 17, 2023, AND I WAS HORRIFIED TO SEE WHERE IT WAS LOCATED, I CALLED THE LEASING OFFICE THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD THEM MY CONCERNS, WHEN I FIRST TALKED TO MS S****** I TOLD HER I NEEDED A APARTMENT IN THE FRONT BECAUSE I WORK 2ND SHIFT AND GET OFF AT MIDNIGHT. FROM THEN IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE, I'VE BEEN SENDING EMAILS TO MS S******, PHONES CALLS TO NO RESPONSE FROM NO ONE, WEKS LATER I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM MS S******, STATING SHE HAS BEEN SICK, AND SHE IS IN DAYTON OHIO, AND GET IN TOUCH WITH LEXIE T****, AND THAT SHE MANAGES THAT PROPERTY, SO I SEN HER A EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE, A YOUNG MAN DANIEL IN THE LEASING OFFICE TOLD ME ON SEPT 30, 2023 THAT THEY HAVE A APARTMENT FOR ME IN THE FRONT AND AS SOON AS MAINTENANCE GET IT READY THEY WOULD CALL ME, WELL AND COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY NO CALL, SO I STARTED CALLING THE FOR DAYS FINALLY DANIEL ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THEY HAD A LOT OF MOVE IN'S AND THEY WOULD CALL ME. AS OF TODAY I HAVE NO MOVE IN DATE, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK I LEFT MANT VOICE MAILS, PLACED MANY CALLS AND EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. WHEN I WAS FIRST TOLD ABOUT THE APARTMENT I SET-UP A MOVING COMPANY PUT DOWN A $ 70.00 DEPOSIT, AND PREPARING TO HAVE ELECTRITY TURNED ON AND THE MOVING COMPANY AND ELECTRICITY I HAD TO PUT IT ON HOLD. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND, NO COMMUNICATION, NEVER CALL BACK, NEVER ANSWER EMAILS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY $ 200.00 DEPOSIT AND MY $50.00 APICATION FEE RETURNED TO ME. THANK YOU.

    I talked Donna in the rental office last Thursday 8/10/23 to schedule a time Saturday morning to get keys to unit *** in order to start moving in . She scheduled me for 11am. I waited 25 minutes, no call and no show from Donna. I left 3 voice messages and sent 2 emails. Today 8/15/23 12:38pm I have yet to receive any responses via phone or email. I paid $250 dollars in fees, and I need those refunded immediately.

    Date of transaction: 2/8/23 Amount paid: $253.03 Business was to provide:. Colony Club was to provide residence for 12 months. Dispute: I was approved to lease an apartment for 12 months. I went to Colony Club to sign the lease. I was advised by Leasing Rep LaNell the tenant made a payment to keep from being evicted. This left me without an apartment. I was advised they did not want to hold me up and to look elsewhere .I was advised a refund would be issued within 30-45 days. One month later, I was provided with five different numbers to follow up. I spoke with someone from the corporate office who advised me that she would forward the information to the regional manager. She stated he would either call or email me. I did not get not receive a response at all. I called and spoke with a representative today, 5/3/23. Her name is Brooke. Brooke told me to follow up with Colony Club Apartments, Bedford OH because the refund was never issued. Just shows my application was cancelled. The number I was provided by Colony Club was 888.503.5114 where Brooke answered today 5/3/23. It has been 3 months and still no refund. Since February, I called once a week Mondays and Friday, but the majority of the time, no one answered or I had to leave a voicemail. I have to drive to the apartment complex for answers and still no refund

    On Saturday, February 4,2023, I had a scheduled touring of their townhome at 10am. I arrived promptly at 10am and the leasing office was still closed. I waited over 20 mins and called every number I could find for this business and received no answer and no one showed up. On Monday, February 6,2023, I returned to the leasing office and was given a tour of the townhome. That same day my boyfriend and I submitted an application with application fees totaling $303.95- including $50 application fee each for both of us and a $200 admin fee plus tax. An hour after our application was submitted and our money was taken the website showed our application was cancelled. I never received an email stating that the application was cancelled, the only reason I knew is because I checked the status when I went back on the website to upload our pay stubs. The next morning, Tuesday, February 7,2023, I contacted the leasing office multiple times and received no answer. I went to the leasing office again and there were four women sitting at a table talking but no one answered the phone. I even witnessed them blatantly ignore a phone call while I was speaking with one of the leasing managers about the application showing as cancelled. The leasing manager I was speaking with had no idea why it was showing as cancelled but she did resubmit our application. Today is now, Thursday, February 9,2023, and I haven’t received one update on the status of our application. I’ve contacted both the leasing office and regional manager, Benita, and haven’t received an answer from either. When I look at the status online the last activity that is showing is on Monday, February 6,2023 and that was an adjustment of the rent of the townhome going from $1,223 to 1,093.

    Me And my Wife been living with Wet carpet and leaks for about 5 weeks. They have people come over to look at it but nothing has been done yet. They keep saying it's the roof but you can clearly see it's not. It's a Plumbing issue You can NEVER EVER get ahold of the Property manager. The leasing agents no matter WHAT time of the day you call, Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. They say she is not there or busy. Mold is developing in the room. They clean the carpet just for it to leak again.
