      I would like to give ZERO Stars!!!!! Medical Service Company in my area is horrible. They forced me to do Auto Pay in order to get my supplies ordered. Then, after insurance paid their part, they USPS mailed a letter on May 20th, which they withdrew funds from my checking account on May 28th. I didn't receive the bill in the mail until after they already took the funds out of my checking account. Luckily, I had the money in my checking account to cover the amount taken out! They have a 8 day turn around time between notifying me about the bill and then taking the money out of my account. I'm going to try to find a different kind of medical service supply company that I can used instead of this company in the future.

      If your insurance allows the use of some other medical supply company, than I strongly suggest that you do so. I received a letter from Medical Supply Company via USPS after work on Friday, April 18th. The letter was about "Coordination of Benefits" and stated that that "If there is no response within 7 days from the date of this letter, the outstanding balance will become your responsibility." So that leaves only one day, Monday to respond before losing the insurance benefit. So I believe that this is very unreasonable and that the senior management of Medical Supply Company is people that have absolutely no respect for their customers and are of poor character. Additionally, their time from order to shipping, shipping speed and telephone support are all too long - find a responsive supplier who values their customers, not just some crappy company who won the insurance company's low bid.

      This company is great. I work with insurance and I understand how it works. Everyone’s complaints are literally their insurances fault, not this company. This is a family owned, very friendly company. I’ve received multiple pieces equipment from them with no issue. I understand I have a copay and it’s my insurance that decides what I owe.. NOT medical service company. It’s common sense..

      If I could give them zero stars, l would. They have unfair and shady accounting practices. They will not provide complete balance versus payment information. I make payments but my balance rarely changes, and they won't show me transaction history of payments and balance. I have been asking for this information for a year as I try to widdle down a past-due balance.

      Absolutely terrible customer service and handling. Everything is front ended by a 5 option call center with bad prompts that get you bo where. They called me, I answered and the robabotically routed me to a prompting system that isnt well defined. Even my doctors office said just say your a doctor and they will pick you up. That doesnt work because when they do they out you back in the system. The wait time is terrible. They finally called me and put me bacj into the same system. Their Technology employees or decision makers are ruining the company. I will have to find a replacement comapny as Medical Service Company is incompetent and complacent.

      Hi, I returned some supplies to medical services company because of very high prices, after one week they sent me a letter asking me to return my own cpap machine. This cpap I paid for long time ago to other company. They threatened me to return it to them.

      Run, don't walk away from this company. They used to be a good company until they grew to fast during covid. Now they are incompetent and it took them 3 months to get my CPAP machine order placed. Recently I placed a CPAP supply order, and they sent me a unheated CPAP hose, in addition to a mask and filter, when I told them I needed a heated hose but would order that myself online because it is much cheaper. The CPAP supply order was placed in April of 2024 and on 8/22/24 I received a bill for the order. They blamed the delay on the insurance company, but when I contacted the insurance company the told me they completed the claim on 5/17/24. How is this company still in business.

      Something needs to be done about this place. They have the WORST billing customer service. None of the billing makes sense. What they told me my sleep machine and supplies should cost and what they billed me for were completely different. They are absolutely incompetent. When I call, I wait on hold for a long time and then when I finally get through to someone, they give me the run around and won't give me clarity on why they're charging what they're charging. In trying to give them time to fix it, they sent the balance to collections and now just tell me to call the collection people. This company is unethical and shady!

      This company has absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I have called them so many times to correct the mistakes that they have made with my CPAP supplies. They have constantly shown themselves to be incompetent and their billing practices are sketchy. They seem to charge double for all of their supplies. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

      Well it would be nice if someone would reach back out to me. They brought a nebulizer to my house per my doctor's order last year and told me when I needed new tubing for it to reach out and they would take care of it. Well what good does it do to reach out if no one acknowledges your requests and concerns?
