      On 12/2/21 I called Container One about buying a 20' container talked to ****** ********. He told me I would need 1**' for the driver to deliver the container to my back wooded yard. I have the 120, so I purchased it on my credit card for $****.**. The next day I got a call from a women who told me that I needed a minimum of 120' to deliver the container to my back wooded yard. I told her I do not have 120' just 120 of room for the driver. I asked for a refund she said that she would contact the billing department. Two days later I got a refund on my credit card of only $****.** I called and they told me it is a processing fee. A processing fee for under 48 hrs. that`s is worng I was told only 1**' needed and they changed it to 120' on me after I purchased it. I would like my $***.** refunded to my credit card. I feel that in good falth I purchased it and they are changed the rules on me. My Invoice (#******) 12/2/2021 I have contacted my credit card company with not luck on there end, that`s is way I am filing this complaint against Container One. Hopfully you can help me retrive my $***.** back. Thank You ******* *********

      We are sorry you misunderstood our delivery requirments.   the distance required has always been 120'.  This is on our website, our sales team explain it, our logistics department goes over it with you and it is in our terms and conditions that you agree to before you can pay us.   You were also given the option to have a tow truck deliver your container which would of been cheaper than your cancelation fee.   we do not make any money on cancelations.  we get charged your credit card fee and we have to pay restocking fee.  infact on your order we still lost $**.** after receiving your refund.

      This in not right, I was never told I needed 120, as you stated in you reply to me.all I know is that you people beat me out of $***.** and in good faith I did everything at the sale person Nate told me to do. By the way you have not make me any offer or offers in my favor. I am very disappointed in your company the way you do business. I hope you don’t beat up on all of your customers that have changed their order.

      ContainerOne delivered a container to me that the door requires 2 grown men to close. Their delivery driver didnt speak any English and did not do any walk through or inspection (which is a requirement for delivery) he just dropped the container and left. When we went to check it out we immediately realized the door was bent and called container one. We filed a claim, sent pictures and a video only to be told technically the door closes so youre out of luck. So much for customer service is one thing that is extremely important to us . I will never do business with them again

      We are sorry you are having a difficult time with your door.  The container was inspected before we delivered it by a third party and doors were functional.  Please malke sure your door is on flat ground.   Our warranty department went over all the options with you and you confirmed the doors would open and close.

      Purchased a sea shipping container for $4,663.82, via ACH transfer on October 7, 2021. There was no contract only an invoice. The container was assumed to be in good condition based on photos from the companies social media and website. I got a call from the delivery driver the morning of Wednesday October 27. The driver informed me the container was in poor condition I asked for photos which he said he was not allowed to provide but the company would be able to. I requested photos before it left the yard the company denied my request. The container that was delivered was bent, welded on, smashed, and not at all what was pictured. I refused delivery. The salesman informed me that I would have to file a claim, not with a third party or insurance company but with his company. So essentially I would file a claim and he would decide whether it was up to par or up to their standards. I made it clear that I was not happy. My salesmen **** told me that this was all spelled out in my contract. I asked where it was on the invoice. It was not anywhere on the invoice, the only thing I could find was a link to their terms and conditions that was broken. At this point I had two choices. 1. Accept the container with the damage and hope for the best. 2. Return the container, file a claim, wait to hear their decision, take a chance on loosing my $500 and still not have the container I needed. I asked **** if these were the only choices and he said they were. Deceptive business practices should not stand.

      Per our Terms and Conditions (that you agreed to prior to purchasing) your container is guarnteed Wind and water tight.  You bought a Wind and Water tight container with a 1 year warranty.   If you have any leaks please file a claim and we will honor our warranty.   We do not warranty appearance.  All used containers have dents and dings on them.  If you wanted a new container we could of sold you one of those as well.   We are sorry you are unhappy with the appearance.  We sell and warranty function, not appearance.

      Purchased two 40' shipping containers in April of 2021, the lead time was said to be 2-3 weeks. I am now nearly 5 months out with no containers. Container One will not release my containers to be shipped to me. They said I could cancel my order and pay 2/3rds more than I paid originally. If I canceled and reordered at the inflated prices they would than release containers and I would have them in 20 days or less. I purchased my goods at an agreed to price set by Container One and they did not come through on their end. It is not my problem demand went up right after I bought my containers.

      We are sorry your container is still on back order from the supplier we purchased your container from.   As soon as it is available we will contact you for delivery.   I know you are aware of the global supply chain problem.   We have other suppliers that have limited availability but as you also know the prices have increased dramaticly for the limited supply.   I suggest that you continue to wait or apply for a refund.
