    We were to receive a service call from Baum from 3-5 one day. No one came and we got no call cancelling. The next morning I called and asked if we would be next on the list since we were to be on the schedule the day before. The person I talked to said that we would have to reschedule as if we were the ones who cancelled. When I asked why we would not be next on the list for a service call I was advised that maybe I should call someone else. That is what I did.

    We apologized to the customer. Our office had closed for the day and service technician was still on the previous job until late. The next morning we tried to fit her into the day and she wanted first call; in which we were already working on. We can not pull from a job that we are already in progress performing. When we tried to get an agreed upon schedule she was unsatisfied.

    That is not exactly the way it was. Our appointment was on a Tuesday. When I called on the day after (Wednesday) I was told I would have to reschedule. They did not offer to schedule me that day. The lady indicated that it might be on the Friday (2 days later) or maybe even the following Monday. At that point I decided to call a different company.
