    I bought a car from vive in New Philadelphia Ohio before putting down a down payment I was told the the issues with the engine, the windshield, and the shocks would be fixed. The windshield was fixed then I turned the car in the get the engine fixed. A half hour after getting it back I had the same problem. So I took it back and they had it for two weeks and again I went to get it from the shop and again 30 mins later the same thing happened I called for months to get it fixed but I got no answer or was transferred and left large amounts of voice mails.went to a Chevy dealer ship and was told that it would cost me $8000 to fix it. But yet from the company it was in my 30 day warranty and they kept not fixing it!! So disappointing

    Horrible, obviously safety inspections are not done, my car I was told by numerous dealerships should have never been sold. Deployed tucked airbags , blown seatbelt as well as many other issues. . They should be embarrassed of themselves. Avoid this Car lot at all costs trust me.

    Every vehicle that we sell goes through a thorough inspection and is repaired to be road safe. The vehicle that you were sold’s auto check does not show that air bags were deployed at any point. Their was also no air bag light on in the vehicle when it was sold and in the dealership’s possession. Sadly there is nothing further that we can do.

    If you have a credit rating under 600 and you can't get a car anywhere else. This is the place for you. But don't think you're going to buy a good dependable car because that's probably not going to happen. Bought a 2018 Trax with 39000 miles and in one week the power window controller on the drivers side stopped working the battery needs replaced found out it doesn't have a spare or jack in the back. Oh and the AC doesn't work. I did get them to put 2 new tires on it even though all 4 needed replaced.

    We understand that you are upset about these problems and we would love to get this solved for you. We do not sell vehicles for them to have things go wrong with them. However it does happen from time to time. When we inspect our vehicles we do everything that we can to fix any issues with the vehicle before the sale, however if a part is working as it should be when being inspected then the part is not replaced. We understand that things can break after the sale and that is why we offer our dealer warranty covering 50% of parts and labor for any work done at our service department.     Viva Auto Sales is by far the best car lot I’ve ever purchased from! They made it quick and easy from start to finish. I went into Vive knowing exactly what car I want and the price I was looking for and that’s exactly what they gave me. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic from them, it’s been a year since I bought the car and I’m still head over heels for it! They made sure the car was safe to drive before I drove it off the lot and I haven’t had one problem with it! I had Dustin as my salesman and he was nothing but professional and easy to work with. If you want to buy a vehicle somewhere trustworthy and professional this is the place. I can’t thank them enough for finding my dream car!

    I was sold 2019 Kia forte with 123,000 miles on it, and within three days, the vehicle had a blown engine, along with a slipping transmission. This vehicle was purchased with intention of driving, and I am unable to maintain normal every day life, including going to work to keep the vehicle. this caused me to have panic attacks, and I pink slipped myself into the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. I believe this is caused me PTSD episode. I wanted to purchase a vehicle around $10,000 that was very similar to the vehicle that was sold to me and they refused to sell me the card that I requested. I now have a $30,000 loan for a broken car that needs immediate attention. The dealership refused to resolve my problem and told me they don’t have the equipment to check the vehicle’s diagnostic before selling me it

    Bought a vehicle from them was told other than it needing a co2 monitor it was a great reliable car within a month I have to purchase a new head gasket and the car started to wobble so bad another dealership was surprised I got it to them to fix
