customer services very rude not helpful at all. We had a super bad storm here in Nashville TN. I was out of the country and my parents had called to get my roof replaced. I come back to the state 3 weeks later to file a claim. I sent all the pic and everything they needed to be replaced they said we cant pay for a new roof. WOW Ok so I didnt hear back from claims Adjuster till a week later. going back and forth with phones calls. He was always out of the office and never return my calls. By far the worst company ever to deal with. GO WITH STATE FARM WAY BETTER.Celina Insurance Group Response
