              Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle is equipped with LoJack and I was lied to by the salesman. He said all vehicles sold are mandated to have this equipment and was charged $599. Through research discovered this is not true. You can cancel the service but the fee is non-refundable. After having the vehicle for 1 week it starts smoking, the dealer did not attempt to address the issue after making them aware. I suggested a trade in for something else that was cheaper in price for the amount paid for the original vehicle but the dealer stated they would only give me $28,000 for the vehicle, which is $3,000 less than what we paid for it and only having it for 2 weeks.

              I took my 2017 Ram 1500 sport model pickup truck to have the brakes replaced before we went on vacation. I got a previous quote for complete brake service for brakes and rotors while my truck was being serviced for oil a change. I told service advisor that I wanted only OEM brake components used on my vehicle and he assured me that OEM would be used. I picked up my truck and the following Sunday we left for vacation in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Upon returning home the brake dust buildup was so bad on my wheels I cannot tell what color my rims are. This prompted me to investigate on the receipt as to what parts were used on my truck. Turns out they didn’t use OEM parts but used a value line brakes and rotors on my vehicle without asking my permission to use lower quality parts. This is a very deceiving way of doing business. I paid them $1250.00 for these value brakes. Not a good value in my opinion. They should have ask if it was ok to use these lower quality parts. very deceiving
