I was recently shopping for a new car less than a year ago for my daughter. We came across a Nourse Family dealership (Pioneer Family Auto) website (************************). There was a 2021 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade listed on their website. My daughter had been looking for a new car for several weeks, this car checked all the boxes. We contacted a salesman at Nourse Circleville, he eagerly drove to Pioneer Chevrolet, Marietta, **** to pick the car up for my daughter. We were told she was purchasing a 2021 Toyota Camry NIGHTSHADE (as on the internet listing). Fast forward to January 16, 25 my daughter was in an auto accident and totaled her new car. It was then that we found out that her car was indeed NOT a Nightshade addition from the insurance company. We were lead to believe that we was purchasing a more expensive car. We paid 24k as listed on the website. Progressive insurance is estimating her car value at 15k. Since then I have talked to the sales manager at Nourse Circleville, he stated "we will make this right". I have left 4 voicemails and a text message over a weeks time. I have yet to have a single person return my call or try to help me. I feel this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND A SCAM!

Nourse dealership was very misleading. They refrained from telling me the truck they sold me was brought back to the dealership 3x over a period of 4 years. And there was significant damage to the transfer case. I'm an 76 year old man, who was taken advantage of. I trusted them, now I'm stuck with the ***** dollar lemon. I was ready to leave and ****, the dealer, insisted he had the right truck for me. I was ready to leave, he had me to wait, curious i did. He said what a great deal he was giving me. Not telling me of the underlying issues. I spoke to another customer with similar outcome. They lost thousands of dollars. Then when you try to talk the dealership you get no answer, and a run around. And when you do think they are helping you, you get charged extra for something they did wrong. My headlights were off, **** said he have it fixed. They took apart my headlight assembly, put in wrong bulbs and didn't even hook up my front lights like they were. They took the led lights that came with the truck. I was shafted so many times by Nourse. I do Not recommend. Shady used car salesman. After you buy the vehicle, they forget you exist. So disappointed.

This business has done me wrong since Ive purchased this 2018 grand caravan, they put the title in the wrong name in the beginning and that wouldnt allow me to get tags, their solution, get tags in the other persons name. Why even suggest that when its me driving and my vehicle, finally get it fixed after making payments on a vehicle for two months that I couldnt drive, come around to get the transmission repaired and it took a month to get into the shop, understandable, its taking them over 2 months to fix the transmission and everytime I call its always another reason its not done. They had my warranty in the wrong name and didnt care to fix it I had to call the company myself and get my own paperwork straightened out. Ive paid around 1500.00$ for a vehicle that doesnt move because they just dont care for their consumers. I dont even want to get another vehicle anywhere because of the way Ive been treated, are all dealerships like this?

I went to the used lot and was looking to purchase a truck. I stated the the salesman that I didnt want a truck that was rusted. I also told the the blower on the air /heater was shorting out. So they scheduled and appointment to get it fixed and when my wife was leaving she was told the would not repair it again. I was told that they would report and it quit working 2 days later. And as far as the truck having very little rust, it has been a little over a year and the cab corners and rocker panels are rusting out. There is no way they did not know this when I made the purchase. Worst auto company Ive ever dealt with. I now have a ***** piece of yard art. I will never recommend or do business with this company again. I have never felt more taken advantage of than I do over this truck

We understand your displeasure in finding your 2014 F150 has started to rust. All of our vehicles undergo an inspection and with a vehicle that has well over ******* we definitely do a complete safety inspection prior to selling a vehicle As Is. We will be more than happy to speak with you further at your convenience. Please contact *******************. Thank you.

Manager ******************* lied to me regarding what the title office manager told him about the status of my white title. No one will return a phone call. I had the car in for service and 5pm came and no one had contacted me so I called in and they didn't know where my car was and then when I picked it up, they didn't even know what repairs had been made to it. Most awful car buying experience ever.

Unfortunately, I brought an used **** Escape from this dealership on 9/21/2020 and brought the extended warranty for $3000.00. In June of this year my check engine light came on. I called to make an appointment to have it serviced. They located the problem and gave me a quote to get it repaired. I told them that I had the warranty. I was told the warranty was cancelled. I was confused so I called the warranty company. They told me that the dealership cancelled the warranty on 9/29/2020. I called Nourse to find out why and why wasnt I informed about this. And most importantly, why didnt I receive the $3000,00 back. I have been trying to get this problem resolved, but its difficult when they either hang up on me or will not return my phone calls. I have been in touch with **** Corporate in ******* ** to see if they could help me. They have tried their best but the people at Nourse refuses, wont even talk to them. They told me I needed to do legal action against them. I have filed a small claims lawsuit against them. I eagerly await to see if someone from Nourse will respond to this. But since they wont communicate with me by phone I rather doubt that they will here also. I encourage everyone who has ever brought a warranty from Nourse to call their warranty company to make sure the same thing wasnt done to them. Please, think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership!

To start off- 1 star is WAY too many!!! I bought an explorer in October 2021 (after totaling my last explorer). Randomly 3 weeks ago it wouldnt start & we had it towed to Nourse Chillicothe ************************ We were given an appt 9 days out but were told that theyd get to it sooner since it was towed there. We called the day before our appt, to be told that they dont know where my car is & I would have to come there to find my car for them (WTF!?!). I take an hour out of my day, to drive into town & find my car for the service department that lost it. I took a picture of their tag in the vehicle & showed it to them. The 20-something gentleman was short & rude with me, took the tag number & said- it would be dealt with on the appt day. I then spoke with the manager to discuss why I am doing their job. He assured me he would get it looked at first thing Monday & call to let us know. I get to pick my car up, 3 weeks without a vehicle for an issue that was covered under warranty, with over a half a tank at drop off. I pick it up with 6 miles left of gas!!!!!!! 6 miles!!!! I filled it up with gas & still shows no gas with check engine light on. No worries as I had to get drenched in rain to return the vehicle to again do their job for them, another 40 mins later of my ********** supposedly fixed. I should also add the young gentleman that treated me so rudely the first time, was laughing and talking about me during g my second experience- I walked into their waiting room and he was laughing very hard & I stood back up and looked at him. He quit and and turned away. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would recommend paying extra to have your vehicle towed somewhere they care & value their customers. Do not waste your time with them.
