On 12-31/2021 I went an purchase a vehicle from milestone the add stated the vehicle was $2600 I was told the vehicle was to be bought “as is” but it needed a serpentine belt only and they would put it on the next day which they did, hours later the belt slipped back off. I called and spoke to **** who stated that he fixed it when he didn’t have to and he wouldn’t fix it again. I explained that he didn’t fix it he stated that he would fix it again and then blocked me. I had the car towed to a car shop to get fixed they stated it would be 300 to fix because the pully was broken had the car towed back home until I saved up money to have it fixed. On March 15 had car towed to another car shop because it was cheaper and was told it couldn’t be fixed because It was rusted and cracked and that’s why the belt keeps slipping and should be illegal had the car towed back home called milestone and ask for another car or money back. I told them I never received a title in the mail either and the car has hard plates on it. And asked whose plates were on the vehicle that was sold to me. Then I checked my receipt and he charged me $1300 for the car but took my 2600 as the add stated Although it’s bought “as is” the car has not been driven after the first day of purchase.i was told that the car was able to be driven and it’s not it has been sitting for 3 months thinking it can be fixed and it can’t . I told **** that I will warn everyone not to shop there and **** went on to tell me how he feared for his life to stop calling him because of what my name is. Therefore I’m out of $2600 and a car. This company sold me a car that I can’t drive and took an extra $1000 from me . I feel he broke the “as is” contract when he agreed to fix the problem. I also feel that he purposely lied about the issues of the car and the price of the car. He told me the extra $1000 was commission. This was my first car buy and wasn’t aware of fees or commission to pay. I want a refund or a new vehicle
