  The people that actually work at the cleaners off on Memorial are great but my problem is their policy for lost/stolen items from their warehouse. Tide lost my shirt that I bought for $100 from ****** ******** and will only give me $100 in store credit because I cannot produce a receipt. Then told me to go ask ** and see if they have a copy of all items purchased. I will never go back to their cleaners because I do not keep every receipt of everything that I purchase for two or more years. I refused the credit because this is actually the second time they lost items. I refuse to go back so that they can give me $100 credit for them to lose or conveniently lose half of my wardrobe.

  new customer: called Shop. 201 university. 80206: said Delivery knows everything. called Delivery 5 times, no answer. received text for pickup. pickup what? no information or callback. terrible. i suggest you investigate franchise.

  Customer service stinks. A very nice shirt of mine disappeared and they admitted they lost it, but they failed to make any restitution even after promising me several times that they would send me a check. Very dishonest and disrespectful!!

  customer service not very good or reliable, regarding ******* ******** location. Dropped off shirts at 3 different days. Return to pick them up, gave the employee three receipts , kid came out and gave me back to my credit card, and then went inside. I was second on up to the drop off first person left, I was still waiting for my clothes after5 to 10 minutes no clothes I saw same person deliver to what is now 2 cars down from me. Went inside,must say it was not a friendly conversation, the same kid he didnt even recognize me , OK thats one thing, didnt remember he was supposed to get my clothes, the so-called manager when I asked to look for the receipts you thought I was asking her to dive in a swamp to recover the pink slip of paper, she was ugly about it , didnt really do anything other than lift up the trashcan Says you want me to look in here, and another person honed in then trying to tell me about the system. All I know is when you drop off 3 different times and you give them 3 receipts you should get back 3 different items or more, she was trying to tell me that the system sometimes Combines them and puts them together , impossible in this case they werent dropped off the same day they were dropped off one month apart from the others. They said I had an attitude, all I wanted was my clothes. I asked to get a hold of the owner, they said you couldnt do that, said going to have the district manager call me , means nothing as Im sure he or she covers many states. trying to get a hold of the owner, tried number of his other work but it was disconnected. Still havent got back my other item. And the attitude of the 3 there was terrible, all she could say well hes only 19 years old, I was like really. My shirts are ************************* cost between $200-$350, I have 60 to 70 of them so I cant remember which one I left there and did not get it returned. My recommendation stay away. Maybe this will get the owner attention.

  I took a very good blazer men’s blazer to be dry cleaned. At the time I brought it in, I had the clerk know and put a note on the order that the blazer was very expensive. When I went to pick up the blazer there were spots on it that were not there when I brought it in and the stitching was loosened. I called the company, and the lady I talked to was going to pass this on to the lady who takes care of the problems.and get back to me. After three weeks without hearing from them, I called again. Again I was told my information would be passed on and I would hear back. The blazer was sent back several times and then I gave up. Finally, I talked to the person who takes care of the problems, Fran, and she said she had never seen the blazer. After speaking with her, the store sent the her blazer. I spoke with her about the value of the blazer which at today’s prices would be $1100. She agreed that that was true. after a few more weeks of not hearing from her, I called again. She told me the worker told her that it had come in damaged. That is untrue, and they refused to do anything for me. I called again and asked for the owners number, but never received a call back.
