    In January 2022 I reserved a room to stay at SpringHill suites in Midtown Cincinnati for dates 8/2/22-8/7/22. On 8/2/22 at 1822EST, I called SpringHill Suites in Midtown Cincinnati to notify them we were coming but would not be in until around midnight. Arrived at SpringHill Suites in Midtown Cincinnati at midnight. At first front desk attendant told me there was not a room available but he made a phone call and was notified there was a room. The front desk attendant said there was an ozone machine in room but he could not leave desk and advised me to leave the ozone machine outside the door. We inquired why there was an ozone machine and he said someone must of tried to smoke in the room. At that time we requested a different room but he said that was the only room available. He advised us to speak to manager that would be in the next morning. Since it was past midnight and needed to be up by 7am we had to stay in room. The hotel room smelled horribly of marijuana. Caused headaches and congestion for over 24 even after leaving room. Went to speak to manager next morning and was advised by front desk a manager would not be in. She did give a number for customer services that I did contact. They did switch my room on 8/3/22. I filed a complaint on 8/3/22 that we did not want to be charged for 8/2/22 stay. They said they would have a manager review and an email would be sent. We did not receive an email or call so I called again on 8/4/22. Once again was told it was in review and someone would email. Called again on 8/9/22 and was told same thing again. I have never been able to speak to a manager. I was charged for 8/2/22. I would like for SpringHill suites manager to respond to my requests and to seek resolution of this matter.
