              On February 23,2023 at 11:15am. I went to ******* Supercenter on ******* ******* with my mother. We purchased a Medium Diva Heart Tag with a split ring. The total of the purchase was $14.17. My mother paid for the heart with her debit card. The kiosk never did dispense the dog tag. The manager of the ******* said they were not responsible for the inconvenience. So I emailed ***** ***. I forgot to mention the tag was etched: ***** **************

              The concept is great and system they have is OK, but the telephone customer service absolutely sucks. The CSR on the phone was so rude and even hung up on the me. I don't need a lecture from an overly cranky and hyper sensitive CSR. They should not be in this job if they cannot understand the basics of customer service. There is probably a lot of improvements that can be made as to customer control over deleting stored scans of keys. If a seller of the house or prior tenant of an apartment scanned in a key or key fob into the system and moved out, they can forever access it. If you are the unfortunate person to move in afterwards, you would have no idea someone else can access your place with a fully functional key/fob.
