      Too bad you don't offer 0 stars. We tried to purchase a nebulizer from ******** Health. They used Pediatric Products to purchase it. With out my knowledge ***** bills it for 10 months as a rental. Now that it's a new year I have the pleasure of paying my $100 deductible again for the purchase. I returned the nebulizer to ******** and told Pediatrics I'm done. In April my wife will go on ******** and will no longer be on *****. NOBODY can answer who pays the bill after that. I'm assuming by the 1 star rating and reviews for Pediatrics Products they will try billing me $25 a month for a nebulizer I no longer have. Avoid this company at all cost. I am considering contacting the ************* and my attorney

      I don't have enough info to identify this individual in our system. They are probably there, I just need more info If I had that, I could respond more specifically. However, i will do my best to respond.***** sets the monthly rental (billing) criteria. We do not. ***** forces us to bill this way! Not sure the patient understands...they don't pay a deductibles. If it was a deductible, that is always the patient responsibility. This a medical device, once the patient opens it, it cannot be returned for refund. Also, I can't identify this specific patient, but all our patients signed waiver stating that they are taking the equipment voluntarily and if the insurance doesn't pay for any reason, they will be responsible for the bill.

      I got my breast pump from them online and paid online before receiving the item. I put my insurance in during checkout which is where they gave me my total and paid that 3-5 days later once I received the bill. Once I received it the pump, it worked well and was happy with my purchase. Now my doctors office is calling and stating I owe them $14 less than what I paid the company I got it from and they are the middle man. Now I have to pay over what the pump is actually worth because their 2 entities do not communicate. I have that I paid them on record. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend getting anything from them.
