  I have already left two (2) extensive messages with your corporate office and have yet to receive any callback or acknowledgement of my expressed concerns. Your lack of customer service response indicates that your company absolutely does not care and is more like a pyramid scheme. My calls were to warn you about the franchisee, Angel M*****, that you have that is causing great damage in the Seminole, FL senior community that she is supposed to serve. She destroyed $5,000 worth of valuable and irreplaceable vintage, treasured collectibles because of her lack of competence and carelessness in the way she packed and shipped my mother's treasured items. She is a predator and took advantage of our situation as we grieved the sudden loss of my mother, had time constraints thrust upon us to get a job done quickly, and were unfamiliar with local resources. She/your company took advantage of us at our lowest and most vulnerable time and there is nothing worse than a predator who takes advantage of people when they are weak and vulnerable, as we were when we hired Angel M***** of Caring Transitions, Inc. She should never be allowed to get near anyone's possessions, as she will only destroy them and cause great family sorrow. She is dangerous to the senior community and want to warn others to never let her near your belongings. On top of her incompetence and carelessness, your corporate organization does nothing to provide any customer service when there is a complaint and a concern. You must simply take their money and run the other way without training them or caring about what they do. I will continue to make her danger known to others in the senior living community of ******** County community. It is the least that I can do in honor of my mother for the loss of what was so valuable and treasured by her.
