I ordered a freezer seal gasket. I received the gasket and installed it, only to find out that it had manufacturing defects. I took photos of the gasket installed and the issue with not sealing the freezer. I spoke with customer service and coordinated sending all the photos and information to initiate a return. Customer service contacted me back by email and advised that I would be receiving a complete refund and did not need to send the defective seal back. I attempted contact with the merchant several times by phone and email with no resolution. I still have the seal as I was advised to not dispose of it until I recieved my refund. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue and just want them to make good on the refund that they agreed to. I gave this company the opportunity for several months to make this right. They failed to do what they agreed to do and put me outside of the window to be able to file a credit card dispute to get my money back that way. I paid $71.11 for a heating element for my range. When it came (on 1/16/25), it came in one layer of bubble wrap inside of a box! The product was as in 3 pieces and cracked in a 4th spot. I have contacted the business twice and they have not responded and it has now been a week! This company stole my money and I am dealing with one burner because of this!Business Response

On 1/14/23 I ordered a washer control board on my debt card for model number WH12X10468 from Applianceparts365****. on 1/16/23 I was informed the part was backordered. On 1/17/23 the funds were withdrawn from my account, $306.09+$9.95=$316.04. After numerous unanswered calls, I tried to check the website for an order status. My login credentials would not work. I was able to get an email through on the matter on 1/1/24 to cancel the order number 1291938, and was informed that a order can't be cancelled once it has been placed. I no longer have the appliance that the part was for. I would gladly accept a **** money order for the refund as I would not be comfortable giving them my new card numberBusiness Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.they did not give me a return merchandise authorization (RMA). When I asked for one, they told me just to use the order #. Their return policy specifically states that anything received by them with out an RMA will not be refunded and the part returned to stock. Also states that part must be in the original shipping box and original protective bubble wrap. They also said I had installed the part, not true. Wrong part. They’ve made it pretty clear that they have no intention of refunding any money to me. They are charging a restock fee and want 30 days to process the return. They still have not provided me a phone number to speak anyone directly. I get emails from customer service - Jordan. He initially sent their standard response to use self service to return part. I had to explain again that it is a loop and doesn’t work. They have to know this. You can’t even call them! The number provided asks if you are calling to order or return. If you select “return” you are then informed they aren’t accepting calls. Every complaint against this company states the same kind of run around and months of waiting for a refund that never comes.

I ordered a part for my refrigerator and it was the wrong part. I sent an inquiry via email and their contact form on their website about returning it, but did not receive an answer. I finally found their number online and a woman answered. She was rude and told me I should have received an email and to check my spam. I did and never received it. She then sent me an email with return instructions. I sent back the part and paid for shipping with tracking. This was almost 2 months ago and I have not received a refund. I called to ask about the refund and I was told they were back up by 30 days. I waited longer and still no refund. Now when I call, it just goes to voicemail.Initial Complaint

I ordered a door latch switch for my frigidare gallery dishwasher. I checked the part a few times and matched the image on appliance parts 365 and it was what was pictured. I paid $33.43 which includes shipping. Order Number: ******* Order Date: Saturday, September 28, 2024 The wrong part was delivered so I just want the full amount back without the 10%restocking fee and I want return shipping. I habe contacted them numerous times and they just sent RMA# and I'm supposed to pay shipping and 10% fee for their mistake. I ordered a part for my dishwasher on June 7 2024. Paid $173.49 with a credit card. They shipped the part, but I determined even before the part arrived that it was not the problem with my dishwasher. I contacted the company by email and on June 21, was told the process for returning the part. I was advised there would be a 10% re-stocking fee, which I understood and agreed to. The part had never been taken out of the box it was shipped in I followed all their directions as far as shipping the part. On July 1, I paid UPS to ship the part to Appliance Parts 365. UPS confirmed delivery to the company address in Cincinnati on July 3rd.. Starting on July 9, i have tried contacting Appliance Parts 365 by email and telephone at least 5 times. Initially (July 10th), I was told the refund would take from 10-14 days. which would be in the July 24-30 range. During August and September, I have emailed (with no response) and called (left messages, received no response). At this point, I believe I am owed a refund in the neighborhood of $155.00 i would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On Aug 28, 2024 I ordered parts for my neighbors washing machine that is broken. The parts never came. I checked back with the company and they said sometimes the delivery might be a little outside of the 5 to 10 business days the website states. They charged my account right away upon ordering on the 28th. 9/18/2024 I went to their website again and my login no longer works to pull up my order form. Today 9/25/2024 I went to try and log in again and it says the website it down for maintenance and again I cannot log into my account. There is no longer an option to reach customer service either.
