    Exactly what we needed to fix our stove. The shipping was more than half the cost of other sites and was delivered before estimated date. Website was easy to use!!

    Dont even bother to order from them, i ordered a stove **** by the brand and part number, came a wrong **** and to return it I have to pay a 10% restocking fee, shipping they wont reimburse ($7) and I have to pay for shipping maybe another $7 , **** was $22 shipped so I gave up sending it back as my time and gas for $5 to recover out of $22 is not worth it.

    Scam alert. Would never use them ever again. They ship late, charge twice, and when I returned one of the items, I had to send multiple emails over many months to get my money back (minous the restocking fee). I only got my money back when I threatened legal action.

    Paid for priority shipping, received 8 days after order. Sat in warehouse for 3 days before even sent out. Was given excuse of snow storm which didnt occur for 5 days after order placed. No refund on shipping just excuses and now I have to take time to send back because a competitor got me part on time without extra charges.

    I received my two caps for a Kitchenaid food grinder, but neither one fit my KSMFGA grinder. The caps look like they should fit, but the threads do not line up with my grinder. I immediately wrote your company on the day I received my merchandise and have not received an answer yet.
