    The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

    On November 6, 2019, an indictment was filed in the US District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, alleging that Dewayne Walker and Vyacheslav Minyalo, who were managers at Nationwide Automotive Group, Inc., in their role to launder proceeds from a narcotics conspiracy between November 2018 and April 2019. The total amount alleged is approximately $800,000.

    The business has provided the following statement in response:

    "I am attaching our Close Corporation Agreement, Initial Articles of Incorporation, Stock Power, and the Resignation of a Director and the Vice President agreement to show that Slavik Minyaylo (Vyacheslav) who is currently under federal indictment, is no longer with the company. I also wanted to let you know that Nationwide Automotive Group, Inc., took no part in any conspiracy, and our store was re-opened only a few hours after the execution of the search warrant as no evidence linking us to the crime has been found."

    I purchased this vehicle on 3/7/24 and the warranty *** was offered due to the cars being sold as is no warranty. Once all the paper work was finalized and test driving the engine light came on the sales person Dean R****** put on a ***** meter to get the code, it stated it was low voltage, and claimed to put a new battery in .. brought it back light gone, On the drive home engine light came back on, next day took to ******** Dealer, (******) is the car,. they said it was the Crank case Valve needing replace. and other issue. Cost 3200, they called the *** said it did not cover any emission issue, Next day i called dealer explained issue. no response. called *** to cancel i was able to.. but, needed refund for that.. 10days later i follow up *** said NW auto voided the policy the next day after I purchased it.. I just called dealer on 3/21, requesting my refund. spoke to Dean, he claim it takes 30days , Untrue that is *** policy if cancel within 30, Im getting the run around with a #1 a bad vehicle and #2 bad Sale Cust. Service. from Dealer, I just want my Money refunded, 2095.00 plus 25.00 for having to get a Notary to cancel Policy when it was not necessary when they voided. **** **** *** ********** ** ******.###-###-####

    We purchased a 2015 car from NW Automotive Group and one week later the battery died. To find out it was the original battery and this happened when the dealership was closed for the weekend and my daughter had to get to work. We had no other choice but to buy a battery, but when calling the dealership that Monday and being told that the battery should have been caught by their service department, they chose to do nothing for reimbursement bc it happened when they was closed for the weekend, but if we would have waited and my daughter lose her job, she was still in her probationary period for this job, they would have replaced the battery, which would have been great, but unfortunately they was closed for the weekend and we had no other choices. They were great while signing papers and and taking care of the business side but of no help once actually off their lot with the car we bought. Telling us we should have put our 16 year old daughter in an Uber. They was going to give us a battery but yet they are unable to even offer a couple of days up changes in exchange for the cost of the battery that we had to buy since their service department over looked the fact that it was the original battery in an almost 10 year old car. Something that was their fault in the beginning and they can rectify it in any way, absolutely ridiculous.
