5 starsI wish I could give them more than five stars! They made this experience so easy. I would never look elsewhere if I needed to rent a dumpster again. This is the only place I will ever go. Have to say, this company bent over backwards to accommodate me. The upper management was excellent. If you don't get satisfaction then you haven't talk to the right person.

I paid the amount stated, $383, back in Oct 2024. Roughly 3+ months later, I received an additional bill for "an overweight charge." I used this dumpster for roofing shingles of only HALF my roof (home is only 850 sq ft). The dumpster was less than 20 percent full, respectively. My roofer even felt I didn't need a dumpster! I abided by ALL their requirements, 100 fold. When the company crew came to pickup the dumpster, the crew commented that the dumpster didn't have much garbage in the bin! They are a complete SCAM and a FRAUD !!!! Do not use this company. They need to be investigated!Budget Dumpster LLC

This review is a little late but I had a great experience when using this company! The dumpster was dropped off on the day stated and picked up when I requested it to be removed. The woman that I worked to initiate this agreement was soooo polite and answered all my questions satisfactorily! I will not hesitate to use this company again if required.
