I paid the amount stated, $383, back in Oct 2024. Roughly 3+ months later, I received an additional bill for "an overweight charge." I used this dumpster for roofing shingles of only HALF my roof (home is only 850 sq ft). The dumpster was less than 20 percent full, respectively. My roofer even felt I didn't need a dumpster! I abided by ALL their requirements, 100 fold. When the company crew came to pickup the dumpster, the crew commented that the dumpster didn't have much garbage in the bin! They are a complete SCAM and a FRAUD !!!! Do not use this company. They need to be investigated!Budget Dumpster LLC

This review is a little late but I had a great experience when using this company! The dumpster was dropped off on the day stated and picked up when I requested it to be removed. The woman that I worked to initiate this agreement was soooo polite and answered all my questions satisfactorily! I will not hesitate to use this company again if required. Budget Dumpster was a pleasure to deal with. The personal front end service is what sold me. And the personal service provided by Adam came through again when the automated system couldn’t give me any status/ETA for pickup a day after my pickup window ended. The drop off/pick up driver was very good and took care to minimize impact to my property. I would use Budget Dumpster again.Budget Dumpster LLC

Definitely a 5 star company. Their drivers were very courteous. Delivery and pickup were exactly as scheduled. Customer service was phenomenal because I had a last minute rescheduling and they accommodated with no issue. Text messages were brief and to the point. Both delivery and pickup drivers were very respectful of dumpster placement to limit propert damage. 20' dumpster was in excellent condition.Budget Dumpster LLC

Horrible!!! I thought everything was all set and then a MONTH later I get an email with an invoice stating that they were unable to charge my card for payment owed. Apparently, I went over the weight limit, which I find very hard to believe! This email was the first I had heard of owing anything above and beyond what I had already paid for. I feel its shady to try to process a payment to someones card without their permission. This company nickels and dimes their customers. Would never use again!Budget Dumpster LLC
