7/18/2024 Talked to a representative Of Integrity Energy to get quotes on our on our commercial electric supplier. Informed her we already had a broker and would like a competitive quote. She said no problem but to get a quote I'd have to sign a non binding exclusivity release I told her we were happy with our current broker but wanted a second quote 7/19/2024 sent her agreement 7/22/2024 She told me waiting for one last quote and wanted to know prices quoted from other energy broker 7/23/2024 My office manager said our current broker said her quotes could no longer be valid due to exclusivity agreement Called Integrity-spoke to her supervisor who claimed was on all the previous calls-no one told me that-and denied not sharing the ramifications of signing with Integrity

We clarified to the customer that providing a Letter of Engagement (LOE) was necessary for us to proceed with pricing, emphasizing that it did not bind or commit them to any agreement. If upon reviewing our pricing, the customer preferred to continue working with their current broker, we assured them we would facilitate that transition without any resistance. Channel was explicit in conveying to the customer that the LOE was non-binding.
There seemed to be some confusion possibly caused by the other broker, but we had previously discussed with **** ****** our readiness to release the account back to her current broker if that was her preference. She fully understood and appreciated the clarification. The misunderstanding primarily stemmed from Cynthia, the owner, who lacks familiarity with these procedures and became concerned.
I have just spoken with ****. She will review our proposals and inform us of her decision to proceed either with us or with the other broker. If she chooses the latter, we will promptly notify the suppliers to transfer the accounts accordingly. No harm has been done, and we are ensuring a smooth resolution to the situation.

We receive several calls each week from "Integrity Energy", today's call came from ************. We have respectfully requested that we be removed from their Call List each time. Today the woman on the phone told me there is no such list and that they can and will continue to call us. This lack of integrity and discourteous behavior should warrant a name change for their business.

These people keep calling every few days for MONTHS regardless of me asking to be taken off the list or DNC. They can't even get information correct on who the person of contact is - today I said we are not interested, and she RUDELY said how are you not interested? YOU NEED THIS, YOU NEED US! I was appalled and told her to take us off the list AGAIN and she said she'd call back later! Their telemarketers need training!

Someone keeps calling our business 3-4 times a week for the last past 6-7 months claiming that they have a contract with us and that it is about to expire. We both know we don't have a contract with you and that this was a solicitation call. we have asked multiple times for your company to stop calling. That we are satisfied with the company we have now and your people get so RUDE and nasty. They even said that they would stay on the line until I get a hold of the manager in charge. So we hang up and they will call right back 3 or 4 times I ask you to please put us on the DNC list. It is getting ridiculous and so annoying and ignorant. I will be keeping all records from this.

this company keeps calling from ************ 3-4 times a week. demands to speak with manager that handles our *** energy bill. i ask to take a message, have somebody call them back, and they just argue and fight with me. they’re rude & relentless! our business is tired of dealing with the scam-type call when we’re trying to help customers.

Integrity Energy has called our business phone multiple times a week for 4+ months. Every time we answer, there is a representative asking to speak with the person who handles our **** ****** payments. If we ask to take a message, the representatives will refuse and state that they will try again another time. If we do not answer, they do not leave voicemails or messages stating the reasoning for their call. Today (12/6/2023) the representative got angry when I asked her to either leave a message or stop calling. She said they have recorded lines proving that they've left a message with me before and became argumentative, demanding for an alternate number to reach to person who pays our energy bill. She also accused us of not checking the mail and responding to their letters. Overall unprofessional and rude representatives. I am looking to have our business line removed from the call list since nobody will give us a reason for their calls or take no for an answer.
