On 05/31/22 I paid Bruce $40.00 for an extra cut in June 2022. Uploaded receipt. I had two cuts on these dates for June. This service was not delivered because for the second cut the previous month my schedule for Mon or Tues was moved to friday, Then the following week it was moved again to Mon and tues. my schedule was extended for a week. On 06/30/22 he asked for the July payment. Told him had he could pick it up today or after the weekend but i mentioned that he just cut it 06/21/22. i did not need it until the week after because of the schedule adjustments. 07/05/22 comes and this guy is nowhere to be found. Filing complaint foe services not rendered. Need refund of $40.00 or he can fulfill the last cut by doing it and then we will cancel the contract. it needs to be done within this week because the regular two week uit has not been done
