      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Javitch Block LLC regarding their handling of my recent settlement agreement and failure to provide a letter of satisfaction as promised. On January 29, 2025, I, ***** ******, defendant in a lawsuit involving a car insurance company, called Javitch Block LLC and spoke with representative Steven ********. We agreed on a settlement amount of $2,000.00, which I paid using my Visa card. Mr. ******** confirmed receipt of the payment and assured me that I would receive a letter of satisfaction via U.S. Postal Service within three business days, by February 1, 2025. To date, I have not received the letter. On February 4, 2025, I called Javitch Block LLC again and spoke with Mr. ********, who provided no reason for the delay but promised I would receive the letter by February 7, 2025. This letter is essential for reinstating my driver's license with the BMV to fulfill a court requirement. Additionally, I am losing wages because I cannot drive to work without a valid license. I sincerely request that Javitch Block LLC mail the letter of satisfaction of debt promptly. Given that I have already waited over a week, it is reasonable to ask that this letter be mailed expeditiously or overnighted so that I can satisfy my court requirements and resume driving to work as soon as possible.       Consumer filed a BBB complaint stating they had not received a notice of satisfaction after settling this account. The consumer settled this account January 29, 2025, and made a payment via a debit card the same day. Our firm holds all release paperwork up to 14 days from final payment to ensure payment is accepted and cleared by the bank. Payment posted Friday January 31, 2025. The notice of satisfaction was generated on Monday February 3, 2025. On February 6, 2025, the license release was generated. Our firm has again sent out the notice of satisfaction & license release to the court and the consumer on February 10, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience the consumer has experienced.

      There was an account on my credit report with ********* ********. I finally got a hold of them. They said there was nothing. I said you are showing it on my account. I haven’t never heard of. They put me on hold and ask me to call Javitch Block. I have tried calling and never get anyone. I have no knowledge of this claim and on top of this I am retired. But I don’t use credit and on a fixed income and just want resolved. It pulls up under ********* but there is nothing they said showing under my name. But the report on credit dates back to 2014. I am not aware of any of this. I am asking for port folio and this Javitch Block to remove me from anything. This has to be a fraudulent claim.

      I have a settlement agreement with Javitch Block, through my lawyers. I make monthly payments before the due date, and have not missed a payment. However, for the payment of February 2025, I paid on January 15, 2025, I made the payment for February 2025. They processed and took my money, but have refused to update my account to reflect the payment made. They will not answer emails or phone calls. They can call me, they have my number, or I can call my lawyers to have them in breach of agreement since they want to try and rip me off.

      My name is ***** ******, I am writing a complaint because I was told that I had a debt with your company. The original debt was from ******* ****. ******* **** told me to contact you. They are telling me that I owe $9,454 from some years back. I filed bankruptcy in 2023. I need to be contacted to speak to someone to rectify this situation. I need to know, what was the amount of the original debt, what was it for initially. No one is able to really help, I have several recorded calls of various reps not being able to assist me.       Like others, I've faced payment problems with this company due to insufficient resources and poor communication. The information they provided is ineffective on their payment site, and I can't make payments over the phone or reach a representative to initiate the process.         This business did contact me on 12/17 at 3:36 and left a message. I immediately called back at 3:38 the same day and was unable to reach anyone. A detailed message was left requesting a cal* back and further detailing that I was attempting to pay a debt. 12/18 I did not receive any calls of messages from this company. I have reviewed my cal* logs and messages to confirm this. I can make both available to either company if needed. I attempted to reach this company again on 12/19 at 11:33 am and was unable to reach anyone. Again a detailed message was left after 33 minutes on hold. No cal* back was received. I again reached out to this company on 12/20 at 837 am. The same message was left as you are unable to reach a live person. It should not be this difficult to reach someone in order to pay a bil* which is why this complaint was filed. According to the number of complaints I see, this is not a new concerns for this business.

      Formal Complaint Against Javitch Block LLC for Lack of Communication and Failure to Resolve Payment Arrangement Attempts Dear Better Business Bureau, I am submitting this formal complaint against Javitch Block LLC regarding their failure to provide effective communication and support in addressing my repeated attempts to resolve an outstanding account. Despite my consistent efforts to establish a payment arrangement and fulfill my financial obligations, the company has not responded appropriately, and the matter has now escalated to a court case. Summary of the Issue:Website Payment Attempts: Approximately one year ago, I attempted to make payments through Javitch Block LLC’s website. Despite following the required steps, the platform failed to process my payments, leaving me unable to address the outstanding balance. Repeated Attempts to Establish Payment Arrangements: Over the past year, I have contacted Javitch Block LLC more than a dozen times by phone to request assistance in setting up a payment arrangement. Each time, I was assured that someone would follow up with me, but I have not received a single return call or any further communication regarding my requests. Escalation to Legal Action: Rather than addressing my requests in good faith, Javitch Block LLC has escalated the matter by filing a court case against me. This legal action is unwarranted and unfair, considering my numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company. Request for Resolution: I respectfully request the BBB’s assistance to: Promptly facilitate direct communication between myself and Javitch Block LLC to establish a manageable payment arrangement.       I set up a payment plan with Javitch Block to pay off a $5000 debt. I have made every single payment for the past 18 months through the website with absolutely no issues. It is now my very last payment.. $234.26 and the website will not allow me to make the payment. I have no idea what my file number is and when I try to call it says you can get your file number but in order to do so you have to provide your file number??? I would just like to pay off this debt, seems there are a lot of issues with contacting this business although they had no problem contacting me a hundred times to get a payment plan put in place. I would like to pay this last payment and be done with this business.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Response from Javitch Block LLC Regarding Debt Settlement Dear [Better Business Bureau], I am filing a formal complaint against JAVITCH BLOCK LLC, located at 1100 Superior Ave, 19th floor, Cleveland, OH 44114, for their lack of response and communication regarding a debt settlement matter. I have made multiple attempts to contact the firm via email, fax, and phone calls, with the intent to negotiate and settle my debt, as well as address an ongoing court summons. Despite my repeated efforts, I have not received any form of acknowledgment or response from the company. My goal is to resolve this matter responsibly by either paying the debt in full or negotiating a settlement, but I am unable to proceed due to the complete lack of communication from JAVITCH BLOCK LLC.
