      This company garnished my wages. I only owed $774. They did not stop when the amount was reached. I called Franklin County Municipal Court in regards to this. They stated I had to speak with Javis Block to stop it. I have tried calling them multiple times and even reached out by mail. I have left several messages. They continue to garnish my wages. They sent in paperwork work to my employer that I still owe the original balance when there is proof on the Franklin County Municipal Court website and their files that this is not true. This debt is now paid in full. I am now looking into legal representation to now sue them. This has been one big headache. I believe there is no one actually in this office. I start calling at 8 am when they open still no answer no nothing. They are quick to take you to court but don't want to handle things the correct way.

      Called and after an hour and 15 minute wait with very bad music, a rude woman answered. We agreed to payment arrangements, and she said I would get something in the mail to go online and open my account and begin payments. This week I received a court document saying I was in default. WTF this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The American Legal system is a Joke!

      Do you guys EVER Freaking Answer your phones? Like come on now we have LIFES not perfect like yours but we are not just a number y’all need start answering yalls calls or return them in timely file manner like dang I got a headache trying to reach y’all cause yall Called me! And since I missed yalls call I’m trying to call yall back and no answer let’s not forget the woman who left me a message was Spanish speaking is it cause of my name? Ya think I know Spanish? Well all I know is ya need to answer yalls calls and stop making people stay on hold forever act Professional for Christ sake’s

      They went to my grandma’s house to look for me. The guy only stated his first name and what the business was about. My grandma was able to catch the name of the law office and it was this one. The man was not dressed professionally and kept asking where I was. Clearly this person was a process server and had the worse attitude ever. She even asked why he never contacted me first and he NEVER did. I’ve never heard of this law office until I called the original creditor of my old credit card that was closed back in 2022. They gave me all of the information to the law office..I have called 6-8 times, left voicemails and even sent 4 emails to get someone to get in contact me. I will NOT call the process server because I do not trust them. I called the county that they said that they have filed in, but NOTHING under all of the courts showed my name for any lawsuit!!! This company is highly unprofessional and clearly does not want to help someone that wants to negotiate a payment plan.

      I agreed to enter a payment arrangement of 1100. I have made 700 dollars in payments and my balance is 800 how is that possible!!!! Wow and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. I will post my experience on FB and Instagram and x because consumers need to be aware of this company. This is not right!!!!!!!!!!!

      I have made several attempts to contact them to resolve an issue before my court date in October. I have been put on hold for long periods of time and have left messages telling them that I can resolve this issue 5 weeks before the court date. When attempting to pay something online, with the file number that I obtained from their automatic system, I cannot and get a message that the file number does not exist. I have even emailed them with no response back. I have contacted the company that had the debt, before the law firm obtained it, and their legal department has left them a message to reach out to me. It is pathetically sad that a law firm purposely neglects people willing to set up a payment plan for the issue to be resolved in a timely manner.

      Made several attempts to try to pay off a debt before it went to court. Tried numerous times by phone and no one answered or replied to my messages. Totally unprofessional.

      My wage was garnished for an account that belonged to my ex girlfriend and since we shared a joint checking account at one time they decided to come after me since they couldn’t find her. The original amount stated was $12058.71 which the broke down into payments of $270.53 biweekly, sent them an extra payment of $2000 to get ahead of the program and currently have paid them $12797.26 and they continue to garnish my wage because they say I still owe $921.82. They are completely unprofessional, don’t answer the phone, return emails or messages. For the life of me how are they allowed to stay in business

      This company is terrible and scary. I have called for days and been on hold for hours after hours and never been able to speak to someone. I don't know how to get on the phone with a live person to resolve my issue. I have a judgment with these people that I am trying to resolve and there is no way to get in touch with anyone.

      This Company is Terrible I have called and left messages and messages and no call back. I have emailed nothing back. I responded back to them by filing the answer and trying to settle with them they are awful company. No notifications nothing but I did respond so they could not do judgement on me and hopefully can settle that day with them so I do not have to speak to them ever again. How they a can do this and get away with it blows my mind. Terrible and should be filed against.
