    I received a collection notice from ** *** claiming that I had an account with Clinic Med Svcs LLC (account number ********** ) and that I owe $80.00. I have no record of services provided nor have I received a bill for this amount. I will pay this amount, but I would like to see an invoice or description of services provided please.

    I received a bill from this company but am concerned about the legitimacy of the bill . There is a canned message on all phone numbers: the phone on the bill, the online payment phone number, and the number on the website. Per Your Health is the website, and it appears to have been hacked. I don't want to be sent to collections, but I am unable to verify the authenticity of this bill or where I would be sending it. Can someone please help? Thank you.

    Starting 10/23 Cleveland clinic called me about a huge bill after arranging a payment plan I have been making payments for six months which had been cashed. Cleveland clinic officially has no record of receiving these payments and told me I was given a false addresss to mail them too.

    I received a collection Notice from ** ***. It's for the amount of $234.97 charged by Clinic Med Svcs LLC. The account number is **********. I assume for my daughters MRI. I never received a bill/statment for this charge and will not pay this until I do. I've tried calling the 8667441451 number for weeks now and no answer. Just a recording saying I can pay my bill. ** *** was no help so I looked here and imagine my surpise, Clinic Med Svcs LLC has a F rating w/ multiple complaints for the exact same thing. Send me an itemized bill and I will settle my account.

    I received a bill from Clinic Medical Services. First, I had a question about the bill, so I attempted to call the customer service number located on the bill. The first time I called I received an automated message stating that the Clinic was "experiencing an unexpected outage and to call back later." I called a few more times unsuccessfully before I started documenting the dates of my calls. This automated message has been playing on their customer service line since at least March 4th through today, March 27th. Not wanting my bill to go to collections, I decided to try and pay it with my questions unanswered. This too has proven difficult. First, I called the payment line to pay by phone. I followed all instructions and input my account number as instructed. An automated message kept replying that my account could not be located. I tried a few more times on different days, with the same result. Last, I decided to just pay online at the web address on the bill: www.peryourhealth.com. That website did not work on multiple web browsers and devices I tried. This is truly bizarre to me. I do not want the bill to go to collections, but I'm warry about sending a check to a business that could potentially be a scam.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Thank you for facilitating communication with the business on my behalf. I greatly appreciate it. It is very helpful to know that my bill will not be sent to collections and also that Clinic Medical Services is experiencing a cybersecurity issue. 


    However, I think it is disingenuous of Clinic Medical Services to portray this outage as temporary. They have been completely unreachable to their customers for over 6 weeks. I have unresolved questions about when their system will be back online so that they may process payments.  Furthermore, their response raises new concerns about the security of my information and data.

    Trying to get in contact with Clinical Medical Services about a collection bill I received and conveniently none of the numbers that I have found work. There has to be a way to contact this company.

    I received a letter from JP space RMP, stating that I have a debt with Clinic med services. I contacted them and they explained that this is a separate bill from the Cleveland clinic MyChart. Jp rmp could not even provide a phone number to contact clinical medical services. The problem is I never received a bill from this company prior to being wrongfully sent to collections. There’s currently over 10 pages on here of people with very similar situations. if you do not provide a bill, people cannot pay it or know that they owe it. This is very shady practices and BBB should be looking into this. One complaint after the next, and it’s the exact same situation for everybody and the responses always this is from a professional portion of the bill. Most people try very hard to keep their credit score good and pay their bills. If you do not send a bill to people, they don’t even know that they have a debt. Figure out a different response to all these poor people that you’re trying to victimize and get your billing department corrected. I demand my account is taken out of collections immediately.

    I received a letter from the JP RMP debt collector stating that I owed ****** *** **** LLC $250.60 (reference: 12-60741218). I have no idea what this charge is for as I have never received a statement from ****** *** **** nor have I visited a healthcare provider by this name. If this is somehow associated with the ********* ******, I am up to date on all payments through my MyChart account and my current balance on there is $0. I can provide ********* ****** account statements upon request. If I do owe this money, I need to see a statement in the mail or by email so I know why I have been charged and who I owe this money to/why? It's unacceptable to receive a collections letter after never receiving a bill from the original provider where services and dates are listed. Is this a scam?

    I received a bill from this company it seems on behalf of the Cleveland Clinic. It seemed suspicious to me due to the poor quality of printing and I didn’t see the charge in my chart. I tried calling the number on the bill for the past week and it states they are experiencing network issues. I went to the payment website on the bill and it takes me to a very sketchy looking website in my opinion with no option to actually pay online. I googled the company name and called multiple different numbers listed online that seem to be disconnected or having network issues. I also saw reviews on google stating this company is a scam which concerned me. I am not going to just send a check for a very large sum of money to a company that seems to be suspicious to me and I cannot get in contact with them. I expect more from the Cleveland Clinic.

    Never recd a bill from Clinic Med Srvs LLC for a radiology service back in 2022. ** ******** Service began calling me in November 2022 about a debt. I requested an itemized bill, never recd this and the calls stopped. All of a sudden yesterday and today ** ******** Services is asking me for this again. 1.5 years later! They said they sent a notice in November 2023. Nothing has been recd and I again requested an itemized bill from Clinic Med Srvs. Am I going to get it this time? How can I get this invoice directly from the company I need to pay so that I can pay it? To this day I have only received one collection notice. I will NOT pay ** ******** Services. Your phone number does NOT work. This whole thing is ridiculous. There should not be any kind of fees associated either with delay in payment.
